He came in on a late flight and decided to get something to eat before checking in. upon arrival, he was told there was no reservation in the system for him, despite him showing his confirmation number and despite me also speaking to the front desk agent and providing the confirmation. "A entire week stay long, never had turn down service, daily cleaning service was poor and toilet amenities were not repositionned. The acondicioner was never replaced. I requested more towels, never came. Security lockers in both doors in the room and balcony were brocken. Bed linen first night was not fresh ... Really looked usted.
