Place was gorgeous and loved the area. Close to Nestlenook farm where it’s Hallmark Movie perfect. Son got engaged there. We also enjoyed N Conway which is close by. Loved the home because beds were so comfy all rooms had a bathroom. Would stay again!!! Book this place

Beautiful Cabin

Our group loved the cabin! We spent a lot of time enjoying the bar and game room downstairs as well as the hot tub. The decor is so perfect for the Christmas season and it really felt like such a relaxing getaway after the holiday! Could use an upgrade on the wifi.

Home Away From Home

This place is beautiful in every way. Our stay was definitely one of a kind. From the kitchen appliance to the pool table pieces, everything was fully equipped and we didn't have to worry about anything at all. There was plenty of space for all of us to fit comfortably and then some. The property is very peaceful. It snowed while we were up there which added to the perfection of our trip. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Had a great time. Few small issues but the owner put his best effort forward to rectify and accommodate. Snowmobile trail was right at the end of the street. The fireplace, pool table, and spa were great at the end of the day. Kitchen amenities and grill provided us well. I would definitely stay again.

Great Winter Getaway

Chatham Lodge was amazing! Wonderful set up for three adult couples! Each bedroom had its own bathroom and roomy closet spaced out on separate floors. Very roomy accommodations, great wood fireplace in the living room, hot tub roomy enough for six adults and a wonderful game room for viewing the Super Bowl, playing cards, pool and darts. We had a fabulous time and would recommend the lodge as a high quality accommodation close to a variety of Fryeburg restaurants.

Perfect stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with friends than this house! Having a large kitchen to gather in and make meals was great as it opened to a large living space. All three couples were able to have their own floor complete with a living room and bathroom. The bonus was the fabulous playroom downstairs where we spent every night playing pool! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay At Little Chatham Lodge

We just returned from a great stay at the Little Chatham Lodge. The lodge is wonderful, plenty of space and bathrooms and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and in very good shape. We had so much fun enjoying the hot tub and the darts and pool table in the finished basement. Little touches like holiday decorations really added to our enjoyment!

Family getaway

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for as a family Christmas getaway. The rooms were beautiful and decorated exactly how I picture a cabin in Maine. Everything was clean, and ready for our arrival with even two Christmas trees set up for us!! My family has stayed at quite a few home rentals over the years and this one exceeded all expectations. Thank you to the owners for such a lovely stay!

Family trip

Beautiful home. Kids loved hanging out in the finished basement. Not oversized, but enough to have your own space. The girls loved sleeping in the loft. The fireplace was so warming. Not overbearing. One day we came home from tubing to have the driveway not plowed. The owner took care of calling the gentlemen that was already on his way to plow. Things happen, but they were helpful. Loved having a washer and dryer. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Cozy lodge in the woods

We stayed for six days over the winter holidays, and we had a great time. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom plus an extra bathroom on the main floor. The fireplaces and hot tub added to the coziness factor. The lodge is near Fryeburg, where we had some delightful meals and an awesome time at 302 Smokehouse on New Year's Eve. It's also a quick drive to North Conway where we skied and explored the beautiful Kancamagus Highway.

Perfect! Exactly what we were looking for!

This was the perfect retreat for our family to spend a relaxing couple of days! The house was exactly as described and depicted in the online description/pictures. The house was remote and private, cozy while also being extremely spacious, perfectly clean and organized, and had all of the accommodations we needed. We loved enjoying the awesome bar area downstairs, the card and pool tables, and loved the ability to spread out in both living spaces (upstairs living room and basement). The kitchen had everything we needed, and the wood burning fireplace gave us that extra touch of cozy we needed on a cold night! We throuhougjly enjoyed the hot tub as well. We can’t say enough about how perfect this house was, and what a great time we had here. We’d love the opportunity to stay here again and again! :-)

Terrific cabin and location

The cabin was quite comfortable and spacious. It is in a terrific location with easy access to Conway NH as well. The bar area is a great place to hang out and is well equipped; TV, darts, pool table, Card table and ice machine. The property was very clean upon arrival and the caretaker came over immediately when called at 7pm when we discovered that the hot tub was not working. A few points which by no means distracted from the stay but perhaps the owners may wish to consider repairing or replacing. The leather sofa in the bar area had large stains on it which one can only imagine the origin. Really made us not want to sit down. A few bathrooms and the entry hall tiles floors were missing grout, regrouting the floors is needed in my opinion particularly as a few tiles have cracked.
