THIS IS A STRICTLY NO MARIJUANA PROPERTY. Use, possession, or smoking of marijuana in any form is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the home, garage, patios, or surrounding property.

If there is evidence of marijuana use (including odor, ashes, paraphernalia, or residue), a minimum $350 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged to the guest’s account.

This policy is in place to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Illegal Status: Marijuana is a Schedule I controlled substance under Idaho law, making its sale and use illegal. This includes possession, cultivation, and distribution.

No Medical Marijuana Program: Idaho does not have a medical marijuana program. Therefore, it is illegal for residents or visitors to possess medical marijuana, including those with medical marijuana cards from other states.

Increased Penalties: In 2025, a new law imposed a mandatory minimum fine of $300 for individuals aged 18 and older convicted of simple marijuana possession of less than three ounces. Additional penalties include jail time (up to one year) and/or fines (up to $1,000).

Host was very responsive. Great location and beautiful home. Rooms are spacious and well set up. Nice and clean. Great kitchen with an island that overlooks the family area. Nice backyard with a little play structure. Will definitely be our "home away from home" for next time we visit family in this area!

RENTER BEWARE!!!The host is more interested in telling you the rules of the home...several times i was messaged aboit the rules. Even tho I had communicated with the host and understood It would have been nice if the host paid more attention to their requests and actually inspected their home once in a while. The place was filthy. We got there and after traveling sat our child on the floor for a moment and when we picked him up his hands, feet, and knees were all black from how durty the floor was. Bathrooms hardly wiped down. Mirror streaky and foggy. Bathroom showers glass soap scum and not tidy. No dish soap available, just an empty bottle. We did run the dishwasher with the tablets left but not able to handwash anything on a whim. We requested to have the hot tub available about 6 times. We have no problem paying the extra charge. Dont waste your time. They will not have it set up for you. We had to contact them during the stay and get a code to the locked key to be able to use it. One would have thojght after so much that the host was going to accomodate and provide the hot tub use for free. Instead they waited until we checked out and sent the request for the additonal hot tub fee. Even tho we wwre not able to use it half the trip as it was not prepared and unlocked. Im not one to waste my trip and time with friends and family to try and complain and get things fixed. I will just give the accurate feedback about the host and lack of cleanliness.Maybe never use vrbo

Close to Treasure Valley Community College to visit our kids. Lots of room to spread out. Stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes. Safe neighborhood. Will stay again.

This house is located in a very nice and quiet/safe subdivision. We loved the open layout of the common areas and the huge backyard! We had teens with us so having the master bedroom on one side of the house away from the other 3 bedrooms was awesome! Also appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked.

Place is very clean, comfortable, and we had 10 adults and 2 little kids, even though 2 were in the living room. Host is very responsive and we never had any issues. Everything you need and want is there. Neighborhood is clean, quiet, and seems very safe. Located near stores and not far from highway. We would totally stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood and very nice home. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is that the electronic bluetooth dead bolt app would not work with the Android phones in our group. Apple iPhone worked just fine.

Wonderful Stay

This is a great property, we really enjoyed our stay as a family. Spacious, comfortable, close to shops, food, and groceries. This is a quiet neighborhood. Property was clean, great for kids. I recommend this property and will stay here again.

Tasha - Thank you! Excellent experience!

The stay was excellent. Tasha helped me, a somewhat less technical bluetoother get easy access to the home. I was nervous about getting in with the phone/house door access. It was smooth as she described. She had great communication and we loved the house. We had a surprise Birthday for my Mother at the Weiser Elks and this house was great for the second day of visiting the whole family in a comfortable setter. It wsa so much better than hotels. I highly recommend this rental! Thank you again Tasha for making it a great experience.

Family stay

Needed help getting the SmartLock to work and they worked with us until it did (of course it was due to operator error) and they were very patient with me. The home was lovely and comfortable and we would stay there again on our next trip through. Communication and directions were great.
