The main dining table seats eight, with additional seating for four at the breakfast table. Downstairs, you’ll find a full living room with super comfy deep-cushioned couches and a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, plus a separate sunroom offering additional dining space and a convenient workstation area.

Guest Access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and driveway. There are no shared spaces.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Includes cookware, dishes, utensils, wine glasses, and appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, and full-size coffee maker. Starter supplies like coffee, filters, spices, paper towels, trash bags, and dish detergent are provided.
Comfortable Bedrooms: Each bed features new mattresses, high-thread-count linens, down-alternative comforters, plush pillows, and extra blankets.
Bathroom Essentials: Towels, washcloths, and starter toiletries—including toilet paper, facial tissue, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion—are provided.

A Standard Rental Agreement will be sent to you after booking. Please sign and return it to confirm your reservation. The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and must remain present during the stay. A valid photo ID is required at check-in. For everyone’s safety, some homes may use devices like Ring Doorbells or sound monitors. These are only outside and never inside our homes.
