"Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville."

"The only way to check in was via video kiosk. There were no staff present in the building and would not be until morning. Half of the building is boarded up. The floor in the room was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The bedding did not appear to have been changed. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. The fountain in the lobby had no water. "Air Conditioning was noisy, the bathroom door did not close. The linens were dingy. The furniture was subpar, lots of damage on them scratches and dings. The carpet was stained and dirty, the bathroom had water damage around the tub and there were cracks in the ceiling drywall. "

"The clerk barely spoke English but I had a confirmation so all he had to do was point. The room seemed clean but walls were very stained and tired. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything to use for dining. Not even plastic soons or anything. So if you don't bring absolutely everything you need to eat a meal, you're just out of luck.
