We welcome you to stay at our cozy, beautiful family home nestled in a quiet, residential, upscale neighborhood and leave your worries at the door!

EVERY ROOM of this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath, two-story single family home that comfortably sleeps up to 8 people has been renovated and tastefully decorated with upscale mountain charm. Enjoy:

• Fully equipped chef's kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, breakfast bar, dining for 8
• Slate stone and hardwood floors throughout, with carpet bedrooms
• Three full granite, travertine and slate bathrooms with frameless glass showers
• Flat screen Smart TV in the living room and a flat screen LCD HD TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Cable and smart television.
• Convenient full-sized front loader washer and dryer in separate laundry room (less packing!)
• Professionally maintained luxurious private jacuzzi and gas grill on outdoor deck
• Slate mud room with ski rack and plenty of gear storage
• High-speed WIFI

All 3 bedrooms are full-sized rooms. Both upstairs queen-sized bedrooms have private access to their own bathrooms. The 1st floor bedroom has a king bed. There is a 3rd full bath on the first floor.

Family friendly with personal washer & dryer (pack less clothes), port-a-crib, and high chair/booster seat. Plenty of books, board games and puzzles.

Frisco, Colorado is "the Main Street of the Rockies". It is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Denver International Airport and right off of I-70. The charming Frisco downtown is one of the rare ski towns in the US that is still quaint, but offers walking distance to many amenities. The center of downtown Main Street is only two short blocks to shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shop, toy store, liquor store, and an impressive nightlife. Within a few miles is a major supermarket, Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, Starbucks and many ski shops for equipment or rental needs. There is also a Summit County free ski shuttle bus that services all the local mountains and picks up on Main Street. Frisco is centrally located to all that Summit County has to offer and is truly a four-season location.

Our family home will offer you a contemplative retreat set against a clear night ski. It will be a very comfortable stay that includes upscale furniture, appliances, linens, electronics and many other amenities.....all within a short distance of multiple world-class resorts and priced to be affordable!

This couldn't have been a better property or location for our 2 week ski vacation. The home has everything you need to feel at home. The hot tub is perfect. and was always well maintainedLisa was so communicative and responsive to any and all of our needs. Looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful option for Copper ski trip

This has been our favorite vrbo for our Copper ski trip in the last 20 years! Nice quiet location. Super clean. Easy to get to and from Copper with parking juat outside the front door. Excellent communication from host. And the host was extremely accomodating. Will definitely try to rent again next year if available. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Quiet Spot. Easy walk to town. Excellent Hot Tub!

Very quiet neighborhood and easy walking to town. Great hot tub for after skiing and snowshoeing. Comfortable mattresses. Host was super responsive to any questions. We aren't big partiers - so this worked great for us!

Great Location - plenty of room

Great location in Frisco to walk or super quick drive to town. Houe has plenty of room with four bedrooms and hot tub was a nice touch. Owner was super accommodating and called to make sure everything was in order at check in.

Great stay in Frisco!

We had a very relaxing, quiet weekend in Frisco. The house was well stocked and there are many nearby restaurants. We even saw a moose! My only comment is that the property is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Not a bad thing, just a note!

Really great location

Walking distance to the town of Frisco, which is a really cute town with plenty to do (eat, drink, read, dance). There was music in the park which was enjoyable. Our adult children went downhill mountain biking, they also climbed the mountain in Frisco. We also enjoyed the hot springs nearby and we went to Cripple Creek for a day. Week went by too fast.

Great stay in Frisco

Great communication and property is exactly as listed. Great location a short walk from shops and restaurants in Frisco and well positioned for easy drives to many hiking locations throughout the area. Bonus being close to the lake for on water activities. Would stay here again.

Walk to Frisco

Stayed in this property for a long weekend with family. The location can't be beat - the little town of Frisco is wonderful and. you are 5 minutes away walking. AND the walk in itself is beautiful by a park and over the river. This place is clean and has everything that you need for a beautiful stay. Would definitely recommend.

Gem of a neighborhood in Frisco!

What a lovely neighborhood this home is tucked away in behind Frisco's Main Street. You feel like a real "local" staying here with great access to everything. The host is simply the BEST we have ever had in our many rental home experiences. She goes above and beyond to make sure your family has a wonderful stay in their family home! You feel like family yourself!

Cozy and comfortable stay

We enjoyed a great week in this lovely house which was perfectly located for us to have fun in Frisco and surrounding ski areas. The well stocked kitchen made family dinner prep easy. Lisa is an excellent host - I appreciate her communication and willingness to share information. We will hope to stay here again!

Great location - lovely home!!

The pictures and description were accurate. We were 1/4 mile from downtown Frisco, an easy walk even in the snow. Check in and out were clear and very simple… I appreciate the communication from Lisa checking on us as well. :) I’m super picky about beds and these were excellent as well! Hot tub is very spacious (but bring slides or flip flops in the winter! Ha!) and a lovely treat!

Early Season Ski Trip

Five of us (two couples + one) come out to Summit County yearly for a fall early season ski trip; meeting up with others - 10 - 20 people. We needed three bedrooms with private baths each for 11 nights, a decent place to cook and relax in evenings, a grill, and hot tub. This fit our wish list perfectly. Previously we stayed in Keystone area, but much preferred this. Great to walk downtown after skiing as long as roads were ok. Lisa was super to work with and very responsive.

Frisco Family Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were not only within easy walking distance to downtown, but also a park for the grandkids and numerous trails. The home was in great shape with lots of room, a cabinet full of games for the kids & we appreciated knowing that the hot tub is serviced regularly!

Pure Gold!

This is the best location!!! We had our family with 3 kids with us. Plenty of room! Park just down the street!! Creek just down the street. Everyone in our group just loved it. Its the best in Frisco. Check-in, Check-out is just the best I've seen. Owner was so helpful!! Thanks Lisa
