The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and a kitchen bar that seats 2. The Dining table seats 6. Comfortable living room with flatscreen, gas fireplace and sofabed. Private deck with seating for 2 faces the mountains. Very easy to reach from I-70 yet a very quiet location. It is a short drive to all activities, shopping areas and ski resorts. A great place to relax and enjoy family and friends. Free WiFi and cable. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Tandem attached garage fits 2 vehicles. Location
In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, and 30 minutes to Vail mountain resorts. The Frisco Adventure Park for tubing and the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing and sleigh rides are an easy drive. An easy walk or quick drive to Natural Grocers, Starbucks and restaurants. Just off of Summit Boulevard which has Whole Foods, Safeway, Walmart, restaurants, Outer Range Brewery, ski/ride rentals, sporting goods and shops.
