If you are looking for a hotel room, stay here instead! Perfect for a family with kids, amazing location, room to spread out, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balcony, look no further. Large bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Cozy living room with a fireplace to chat about your mountain adventures, dining table to play games after the delicious dinner you made in our nice kitchen. Or relax in the clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. On bike path around the lake.

Nice one bedroom condo with two bathrooms. It comes with a private balcony, pool, and two hot tubs.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood yet very close to everything Summit County has to offer. I love to take the path leading all the way to Lake Dillon, and easy access to the bike path is a big plus. The condo is ideal for a couple with small kids but sleeps up to 5.

You will also have access to our clubhouse with a pool, two hot tubs, a gym, and an outdoor tennis court.

The condo is located on the second floor in a building with an elevator.

One regular size car can be parked in a designated space in the garage.

Full Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. There are four bar stools and a dining table.

Living room with wood-burning fireplace and balcony. Wall-mounted TV with live channels.

Large master bedroom with king bed and its own bathroom.

Free wi-fi throughout the condo.

The condo is nestled in pines walking distance from a finger of the Dillon reservoir and very close to the Dillon Dam road. Very relaxing space that is well appointed and cozy. The owner Daniel checked in to make sure all was well and was easy to reach. The best part is that the condo is easy walking distance to several grocery stores, Walmart, coffee and the reservoir as well as a peaceful preserve. Really great location, I'd stay again.

Perfect get away in the mountains

This was the best Colorado vacation our family has ever had and our experience at this condo was the cherry on top! You could not beat the location. Everything we enjoyed in and around Frisco was 10-15 minutes from our condo. This made it easy for us to stop back in for a little rest and recharge. We were so comfortable every night and got restful sleep and each morning we sat out on the patio and watched the hummingbirds zoom by while enjoying the view of the mountains. Daniel, the host was so responsive and kind. He made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to return!

Comfortable

A very clean and comfortable place to stay and enjoy summer in Frisco and the surrounding area, with a 10 minute walk to Dillon Lake trails. The fridge was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The common space pool and hot tubs were also lovely. LR lighting was a little dim, but that was an easy fix. :o) The Host was welcoming and very responsive to questions. Bravo.

Comfortable, great location/complex but a bit loud

Great location, clean and comfortable. Awesome complex, close to everything, indoor pool was great fun and the pond was fun for our toddler to watch the fish and ducks. Host was very communicative until we arrived. Host did not respond to email when I had a question but it wasn’t the end of the world. Very thin ceiling so you can hear upstairs neighbors walking around and some music - they weren’t crazy loud, it’s just a very thin ceiling. Woke me up from sleep every night and during every nap attempt. I was hoping for a lot of rest and unfortunately had a hard time getting much . Light sleepers (even with sound machine and fan on) may have a hard time but heavy sleepers should be fine. Overall a very nice place and only giving four stars bc of the noise and not able to make coffee because kitchen wasn’t stocked.

Great base camp during ski trip

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Daniel's condo while skiing at Copper. Location can't be beat - close to everything! Cozy and very comfortable for the 2 of us. No need to lug luggage and supplies up a staircase or clear snow from the car with the heated parking garage and elevator. We heard activity in the unit above most nights, but used fans as a sound machine and slept well. Otherwise, the complex was very quiet. Daniel obviously cares about his property and his guests. Great communication before, during and after our stay just to make sure we had a great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for going to various ski areas in Summit county. Easy access to I-70 , Main street and other stores. Very nice clubhouse with pool and two hot tubs (indoors). Was nice to have secure covered parking.

Exactly as advertised

It's so refreshing to not have any "surprises" when checking into a VRBO property. Daniel was exceptional, from making the reservation through checking out. Kitchen well stocked. Beds and living room furniture comfortable. Indoor pool with hot tubs were a delight. Really no complaints. Would definitely book with his listed properties in the future.

Cozy Condo, Accurate Listing

We had a great experience at the condo. It’s exactly as advertised, in a perfect location, host was easy to communicate with, well stocked. Just what we needed for a long wedding weekend with our girls (3 and 1). You can hear some noise from the unit above - nothing obscene - but there is a unit directly above this one, fyi.
