With a family-friendly layout—including a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a tub—you’ll be set for a simple, low-stress stay.

• Parking: Lot parking is available for 2 vehicles. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
• Washer/Dryer: Washer and dryer are in the home.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

Location logistics: Not ski-in/ski-out, but within about five minutes you’ll find family activities at the Frisco Bay Marina (beach, paddle/kayak, playground) and the Historic Park & Museum on Main Street; recreation on the Summit Rec Path, Ten Mile Creek, Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal trailheads, and the Frisco Adventure Park/Nordic Center, plus parks like Walter Byron Park and the skate park.
