This 2 bedroom condo is located in the Cross Creek complex, nestled in a quiet neighborhood along Ten Mile Creek. The pristine grounds are well maintained and ideal for a relaxing mountain getaway. The location is perfect, just one block off of Main Street within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is also only one block away to the free bus shuttle. Just steps away you can enjoy the great clubhouse amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs (inside and outside), sauna, pool table and foosball table. There are picnic tables and grills on the property along the creek which you are welcome to enjoy. Ample outdoor parking is available for up to 2 guest vehicles in the parking lot.

This immaculate third floor unit feels private. The main living area is an open concept with kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax on the wraparound balcony while viewing stunning Mt Royal and listening to the creek below. The living space features a wood burning fireplace and a top of the line queen plus sized pullout couch. The condo features high-speed WiFi and smart TVs with streaming capabilities. Guests can sign into their personal streaming accounts to watch their favorite shows. Cable TV is NOT included. There is a washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen (blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, crockpot) to make you feel at home. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, smart TV and private balcony with beautiful mountain views. The second bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs on the lower level. The bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. Soft comfortable linens and towels are provided including towels for the pool. The unit is quiet and cozy and comes fully furnished with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Historic Frisco is the perfect place to visit because of its many accessible trails, recreational bike path, tubing hill, nordic center, coffee shops, restaurants, stores and marina. Lake Dillon and downtown Frisco have so much to offer year round. Truely an exceptional condo for rent, you can relax in the cozy interior or take advantage of its close proximity to world-class ski resorts including; Breckenridge and Copper (10 min), Keystone and Araphoe Basin (15 min), Loveland and Vail (25 min) and Beaver Creek (30 min). If you don't feel like driving, you can take the free Summit Stage bus to some of the resorts. Silverthorne, also nearby, offers several designer outlets for those who love to shop.

Unit was perfect for our needs as a family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked and the space had plenty of room for playing. The clubhouse pool/hot tub was great and very close by. We really liked that the bus to Copper was so close!The host was very quick to get back to us and communicative throughout the whole stay.

Super cute condo! Loved the location, and the view of the river and the mountains. The wood burning fireplace was wonderful! And all the firewood we could possibly need. The condo was very well stocked. We cooked a couple of meals and found everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! And the kids loved having their own room downstairs. We can't wait to come again!

If you’re looking for a place to stay for your trip to Frisco, your search is complete. Just book this one. We just returned home after spending 11 nights at this property and it can’t be beat. What makes it so great? To start:1. Location. It’s a short, beautiful stroll to Main Street or Walter Byron Park. Grab a bike and you’ll be at the Marina, trailheads, or Adventure Park in 5 minutes. 2. The view. The photos don’t do it justice. There aren’t many places where you can walk a few steps to a gorgeous, quiet creek or watch the moon rise over a mountain.3. The amenities. This place has a well stocked kitchen, basic provisions for your stay, and loads of games and books for your kids. The garage space is perfect for storing your bikes and there’s even a little cart, cooler, and sand toys. (Take it to the Marina!) The complex has a pool (brrr), two hot tubs, a small gym (overachievers), sauna, pool table, and two community grills. You really have it all.4. No car? No problem. It’s a quick and easy walk to the bus line. Take it to Copper or Breck. 5. The hosts are super kind, communicative, and they’ll bend over backwards to make your stay the best it can be. They provided a great guide to the property, as well as the town of Frisco. Don’t waste your time comparing properties like I did. Save your sanity and just go with this one. You won’t be disappointed.

Great stay all around. Awesome location. We had never been to Frisco, but quickly found out it is the heart of the Rockies. Easily accessible to everything. The condo itself is just a couple blocks from everything on Main Street. Tenmile creek and Mt. Royal were a perfect setting for coffee in the morning and evening cocktails. The condo was well appointed and communication with the host was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location

Property owner was great to work with. Location is perfect for walking Main Street Frisco and easy access to Copper Mountain. Lovely view from the unit and plenty of room. It is a cozy, quiet, and private unit. The pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind after skiing. Only criticism is that the cookware in the kitchen could use a refresh. But there are plenty of great dining options on Main Street. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Xmas!

This worked great for a chrismakkah getaway for me and my adult daughters (plus one bf). Great location where you can easily walk to “downtown” Frisco which I like better than the bigger resort towns. Hostess Rachel super responsive to a few questions I had. Thanks!

Perfect Property!

This condo is just the perfect property. It is clean, with plenty of space and gorgeous views of Mt. Royal and Ten Mile Creek. With it being only a block off of Main Street, we were easily able to get to many restaurants and stores. Frisco itself is the perfect spot as there are many things to do all within a short drive. We always love coming back to Frisco!

Amazing, relaxing weekend!

My family of 5 stayed at Creekside for 4 days/3 nights. We LOVED this condo and plan on returning! We were close enough to downtown Frisco to walk and eat dinner and shop. We spent a lot of time downtown. We fished on lake Dillon, paddle boarded and kayaked, did an escape room in Breck and golfed at Copper. The pool/hot tub at the condo was the perfect ending to a chilly day in lake Dillon. We plan on making this our go to condo every year because we loved it so much! Opening the windows at night and falling asleep to the sound of 10 mile creek was one of our favorite things and that warm cup of coffee in the morning with the crisp mountain air! I can’t say enough! We had the best time and will be returning. Book it if you’re on the fence. You won’t regret it!

Great Frisco condo

We had a great time at this condo. Could walk to Main Street shops. Fun indoor outdoor pool for kids plus two hot tubs, one inside and one outside. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer. Beautiful creek just outside.

Walkable to downtown, less than 10 minutes to copper, Win for us

Extremely accessible to several resorts. The fireplace is a hit, loved the accommodations, all the cooking gear we needed to eat in several dinners and all breakfasts. Loved the Jacuzzi or walkable, parents smoked the kids two nights straight on the pool table, just sayin’
