Inside, you'll find a cozy living area with a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, and free WiFi. The master bedroom has a king bed, and there is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The large window offers breathtaking mountain views.

The condo is ideally located just 15 minutes from Copper Mountain, 20 minutes from Keystone or Breckenridge, and 25 minutes from Arapahoe Basin. Vail is only 30 minutes away. This rare on-the-lake location in Frisco allows for easy walking or biking along the lake.

Great Location

Quiet neighborhood condo steps from Dillon Reservoir and everything you want to do in Colorado. Holing, biking, fishing, water sports, food coffee and good food close by. Great price as well.

Great Location & Deck

This condo is right next to the Rec Trail with great people watching off the deck. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics. The bed super comfy. Having the parking garage is great to store bikes **Will be back**

A few disappointments

Lovely location and great unit. I couldn’t sleep on the mattress because it was very soft. I slept one night on the couch but didn’t sleep well. The jetted tub did not work. The hot tub temperature was warm but not enough to soak in. So I did cut my trip short by one night. I informed the property owner and hope to get an adjustment in the fees.

Amazing week in frisco

The check in process was so smooth, the place was sparkling clean and the location was amazing. Having the grill and heated garages were extra nice touches as well as the hot tub that overlooked a beautiful mountain range. We’re hoping to rent again for next year.

Cozy winter retreat!

The condo was ample space for my Husband and I with an over night stay from our son on the sofa bed. The condo was very cozy with a great fireplace that took the chill out of your bones after a day in the snow. Tons of extras in the place. Survey what is there prior to stopping at the store. The town of Frisco is awesome. Plenty of great restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Breckinridge with plenty more. We loved everything about our stay and would certainly return.

Lovely Evening

The place was beautiful and perfect for our one night. We loved that they had shampoo, conditioner and body soap as well as liquid hand soap at every sink. Amazing! The fire was awesome and really heated the room as well as creating ambiance.

Comfortable

We felt quite comfortable with location and overall property condition. Offer one suggestion for the property owner: We did not discover a notebook describing restaurants, local activities (hikes, water sports, etc.) and map of city and area. Most VRBO where we have stayed provide information of that sort. Maintenance needed included the door to balcony could not be locked. The balcony furniture and out side of grill were in need of cleaning. These last two items were not complaints but are information to assist the owner to be aware. We certainly would return to the property in the future.

Location, Location, Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. Not only is this city one of our favorites because of its perfect mountain ans lake combo, but it is surrounded by biking and hiking trails! The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is the less than optimal communication with the host. Even upon initial communication with the host, it could be days or longer before ai got a response to my message. I would like to kindly suggest that the owner make an effort to reply more efficiently. It would make for a more positive experience :)

My husband and I enjoyed our ski week. Roomy living area, comfortable furniture. Bathroom has tub and shower. Washer/dryer in unit. Very clean. Heated garage. Convenient food and other shopping. Other reviews accurate. Check kitchen before you shop as we found lots of spices, cooking oil, etc. in cabinets. Check-in was easy with use of lock box.
