Property Description
Cross Creek 100 is a beautiful and very spacious 4 bedroom, 5 bath townhouse located in the heart of Frisco close to Main Street. End unit full of windows and light. Fully equipped, slab granite kitchen with central island for wonderful prep space. Kitchen bar seats 3. Round dining table surrounded by windows seats 8. River rock gas fireplace, comfortable seating and large flatscreen in living room. Free WiFi, cable TV and board games. One car garage plus surface parking. Patio backs to stream and forest. Large south facing upstairs deck with mountain views. Washer and dryer in unit. This fully equipped townhouse has plenty of room for relaxing, dining and entertaining.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

The huge clubhouse has a heated indoor/outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, pool table, foosball, a wet bar and two conversation areas with rock fireplaces. Outdoor picnic grove with outdoor community grills, kitchen and lots of seating.

Parking
You may park 1 car in the garage. Overflow surface parking (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

Location
Just 10 minutes from Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone and 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland mountain resorts. Only 30 minutes to Vail. A short walk takes you to shops and restaurants. Frisco Main Street has many renowned and locally owned restaurants including a brewpub. Located near the Summit County Recreation Path which offers over 30 miles of paved biking and hiking trails that stretch from Keystone to Copper Mountain and around the shores of beautiful Lake Dillon.

We enjoyed the comfortable condo, the Mountain View’s and the privacy outside the living room…trees and the creek. Loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom. Shopping in Frisco is one our favorites.

This is a nice place to stay with plenty of space, great location and was well appointed. Sleeping was quiet and mostly comfortable. What was disappointing was that the carpet was pretty dirty and the key didn’t work for the front door.

Pre-wedding frolick in Frisco

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The layout of the house provided great separation from living space so those of us who needed a little more rest could get some without interrupting game night with the family. Walking distance to the Main Street in Frisco provided the opportunity to get out, stretch our legs and enjoy all the wonderful little shops. We needed the opportunity for bride, groom, and parents to have some bonding moments before the big day. We left in just the right mood to kick off the wedding festivities the following week.

Great location and vacation rental

Overall this is an awesome stay. Main reason for booking this is for obvious reasons with the location and the number of rooms/bathrooms. The reason for 4 stars is due to the lack of simple routine maintenance and pride that can be taken to make it a 5 star stay especially for the premium price. The kitchen is lacking several simple but essential cooking utensils, Tupperware, tinfoil, etc. some of the showers have loose handles to adjust the temperature and are extremely sensitive so it’s difficult to dial in. Shower heads are very old in some cases and blast out like lasers and could be a very easy and cheap upgrade for this unit. Definitely don’t want to discourage anyone from staying here but just providing constructive feedback.

Frisco condo perfect location

This property was the perfect spot for access to Copper Mountain, A Basin and downtown Frisco. Everything about the unit was as advertised and it was spotless. Very close to the community center where we enjoyed the hot tub after each day of skiing.

Christmas Week of Skiing

Great place in a great location. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our two families with brown kids. Loved that we could walk a block to catch the Copper bus, made it so easy to come and go. Kitchen had everything we needed and the pool, hot tub, game room is right across the driveway, which we used daily.

Large, family friendly, convenient

This is a great property, there was tons of space for all of us to spread out and the clubhouse was a great asset as well. Close to downtown Frisco and the Summit Stage shuttles, but still feels secluded with the mountains and being just a few blocks off Main Street. Would definitely stay here again. Kids loved the main floor and having all the bedrooms upstairs was really nice for kids with different bedtimes.

There were cob webs on light fixtures. Lights are dim in bedrooms. In bunk room bathroom the exhaust fan would not stay on. The beds were comfortable. Hot water supply was good for number of bathrooms and people showering at the same time. It had a lot of space and the number of full bathrooms was great!

Key pickup and drop off not ideal. Could easily add lock box so we don’t have to go to office. Ice buildup outside of garage due to water spout drain location. It was very slippery and one person fell. Luckily not injured. Otherwise as advertised.

Family Reunion

The property met our needs and is a short walk to Main Street for dining/shopping. The electric range worked poorly and the patio gas grill was in desperate need of cleaning, so preparing meals had its challenges. The pool/hot tub was a hit!

We loved how spacious it was, how every bedroom had its own bathroom, location to town, the scenery outside the windows, how many decks, check in and reservation process. They definitely need to up date the boiler there was never any hot water for showers chill to luke warm. They need to replace the grill with a new one, this one is old , dirty, and rickety, barely staying together.

Great location

This property worked great for the 3 families we were traveling with. Lots is sleeping space and great location to all the amazing things frisco and surrounding area has to offer. Only downside is the hot tubs weren’t always working so we weren’t able to enjoy them as much as we would’ve liked.

Perfect for our family of 10

This condo has so much room and the layout is wonderful for 4 couples or family. The 4 bedrooms each have their own bathroom. All the bedrooms and the laundry are on the upper floor and very soundproof. We put the kids to bed and were still able to play games and laugh and talk without waking them up. And the early risers didn't disturb the others. This unit is directly across from the clubhouse which is great for the hot tub and swimming. The round table easily sat 8 people and the kitchen area was spacious. The sectional couch and easy chairs gave all of us a good place to sit and hang out. We appreciated the humidifiers in each bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the main floor, including a shower. There were two roll away beds in the downstairs closet and a pack n play in the upstairs bedroom. You can't go wrong with this condo for a larger group! It is a nice, quiet neighborhood, but also close to Main St, the bike path and the highway. The garage goes right into the kitchen which makes it easy to unpack. Loved our stay here!
