Beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Davis Love Cottage, perfectly situated on the first hole of the Ocean Creek Golf Course.  Enjoy breathtaking views from the screened-in back porch or patio, along with spectacular fireworks displays in July over the fairway and mesmerizing sunsets each evening. The kitchen offers sleek granite countertops, new stainless appliances, and a custom walk-in pantry with artisan tile floor. The cozy custom built dining banquette is the perfect place to share family meals, entertain, socialize, or play games with built-in storage as an added bonus.
The primary bedroom, located upstairs, offers a spacious bedroom with a balcony, new carpeting and a newly renovated, ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks. Located on the first floor, the second and third bedrooms both contain 2 queen beds as well as featuring an ensuite bathroom in each. The bathrooms feature stylish subway tiles, new vanities, and tiled floors with modern glass rolling shower doors.
Throughout the home, refinished hardwood floors, plantation shutters, new trim and crown molding provide a refined, custom-built feel.  Additional features include a tankless water heater, an outdoor shower, and ample parking for up to 4 vehicles and a golf cart.
This vacation home is conveniently located near all amenities; it's just a short golf cart drive to the beach, marina, children's park, Camp Fripp, and the Cabana Club. A 4-seater golf cart is included with the rental.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Family reunion for first time in years. Beautiful home to enjoy each other on a family friendly island. Clean, fresh, beachy, comfortable, accommodation on a lovely golf course and just minutes from ocean. Kitchen well equipped including large fridge and Al the “stuff” like coffee maker, electric tea kettle, and outdoor gas grill. Perfect!
