"The entire lobby smelled like wèed the minute you walked into the building. Not a great first showing when i have 2 kids with me. The rooms were dirty, stuff left behind by other guests, hairballs on the floor, paint was peeling and chipping off the walls. The pool was ok but the hot tub had large boxes piled high on it as they were usijg it as a storage area instead. The 2 queen beds were clearly full sized not even close to a queen bed. "When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed at all—like the bed had just been made without actually changing them. There was hair and visible stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom door was broken, and overall cleanliness was just terrible. It got to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable...

"My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. "
