**House Rules:**
Dear guests, due to past incidents, we are obliged to inform you in detail about the house rules, which must be **expressly accepted** when making the reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

- **Smoking is strictly prohibited** inside the accommodation. In case of non-compliance, a fee of **€40** will be charged for odor removal.
- **Towels are not to be used for makeup removal**. In case of damage, a fee of **€5-€10 per towel** will be charged.
- **It is mandatory to clean the used kitchenware** (dishes, cutlery, etc.). Failure to do so will result in a **€20** charge for extra cleaning.
- **Parties or events are strictly prohibited**. In case of damages, legal measures will be taken.
- **Pets are not allowed**. In case of non-compliance, a fee of **€50** will be charged for extra cleaning.
- **Overnight stays by guests beyond the booked capacity or the use of extra beds** not reserved are not permitted. In case of non-compliance, a fee of **€20 per guest or extra bed per night** will be charged.

If these rules are not respected and **extra cleaning** is required to remove stains, odors, or damages, the corresponding costs will be claimed. Likewise, if stains cannot be removed or damages occur, the replacement or repair costs will be claimed.
