This is not a hotel! It's a house with 8 rooms and a kitchen and no staff. You get a passcode to open the front door and an email with your room number. If you are busy with other things while traveling, you will easily miss that. We let ourselves in and found the live in staff (who is only available until mid day) in the back and asked her to check us in. There was no internet so she trusted us to come in. Went to our room, the itself is clean, we made yourselves coffee. I opened a creamer and it was rotten!! There were black objects in the sugar bowl!! Indicative of how much care is given. In terms of getting there, it's quite impossible. There are directions to follow, but if it's your first time driving there, you will never find it. So we had to park in the main city square, take a few essentials and walk them up the hill. The hotel is in a cute little street, but getting there is difficult. When checking out, we mentioned that there are black things in the sugar, and the lady simply said that someone must have put the coffee spoon in the sugar!! Yes, someone must have, but your job is to clean that after they leave. There was less than a foot distance between our door and the other room, so very noisy. People were cooking until midnight on the kitchen, and we could hear them all!!
