Roche Harbor Overlook is on a coveted lofty perch above the glistening Roche Harbor marina, yet just a short stroll to nearby Resort amenities - whale watching, kayaking, restaurants, expresso bar, shops, grocery, artist kiosks, hiking trails, biking, and moped rentals. This contemporary residence offers a desirable 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bath configuration and a quality of furnishing rarely found in rental homes.

A path through a lovely fenced garden leads to the entry of this three-level residence, with harbor views at each level. On the main level, you will find a sophisticated great room furnished with contemporary and Asian furniture, art and antiques. The effect is artful and posh, with seating arranged before a fireplace and 60" UHD TV. A dining table with seating for eight is in one corner of this space, the kitchen is in another.

The great room opens onto a deck with a “wow” view of the harbor below, with fire pit dining table, retractable sun awning, lounge chairs, and Weber gas grill. You can watch the sun set over Roche Harbor, enjoy the famous colors ceremony and hear chapel bells from the deck, adding to the magic of your vacation.

The kitchen offers granite counter tops, a new induction stove, and an island with bar seating for two. Chefs will appreciate the induction stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, double ovens, and large pantry.

The main level has the master bedroom suite with king bed and a terrific view. Limestone counters and tile accent the master bath with soaking tub, separate shower, two sinks, and large closet. A powder room is on the main level as well.

On the upper level, an office loft with desk and sofa looks down into the great room. There is also a second bedroom on this level, with a queen size bed and en-suite bath with shower.

The lower level offers an expanse of covered deck, marvelous views, and a cozy den with large HDTV, game table, and wet bar. A third bedroom has a comfy king bed and en-suite bath with shower located just off the den. On the other side of the den is a fourth bedroom that offers a queen bed. An adjacent fourth bath with tub/shower combination serves this bedroom. The laundry room is also nearby. If 9 or 10 guests are accepted, a queen size aero bed is provided.

Roche Harbor Overlook is equipped with high-speed Internet/wifi (up to 60 MBS), Dish satellite with DVR and HBO, Blue Ray player, and central air-conditioning.
