Designed with travelers in mind, this bright single-story home offers the perfect mix of modern upgrades and relaxed Central Valley charm ideal for weekend getaways, family visits, or longer work stays as its ideal for traveling professionals because of its proximity to Tulare Adventist Hospital and Hwy 99.
This home has been refreshed from top to bottom with stylish finishes and all-new furnishings. The open-concept layout makes it easy to gather and unwind. The living room features a comfy sectional, large smart TV, and workspace nook for remote work or planning your day trips. A fully stocked kitchen awaits with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, cookware, and coffee essentials. Convenient location

Traveled to Tulare to visit family and found the house convenient for getting around town. We were only there to sleep but found the accommodations great for our family. The only thing missing that would have made the house perfect was a pack n play. House was clean would definitely book again.

Very disappointing stay

We regret booking this property for our family stay. We checked in to a house with no A/C, the temperature outside was 106 degrees, so you can imagine the furnace we walked into. We were traveling with a toddler so we had to leave to let the house cool down. By the the time we were ready to shower we found cockroaches in both showers, in the morning the kitchen counter was infested with ants (we did not leave food out or a mess). The sink faucet wouldnt stay closed and water kept running, the toilet in one bsthroom was wobbly, the list goes on. Communication with the owner was horrible. We shared our concerns and we received automated responses if we were enjoying our stay and if we would like to extend our stay - ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Breakaway from the Breakaway

We stayed here with our 3 teenagers while exploring Sequioa National Forest and while it is a bit of a distance from the park, the house was the perfect place to wake up in/go back to for the days of our trip. A quiet neighborhood with easy motorway access and shops are close by to stock up on. The house is very clean and kitchen equipped with everything you would need to prepare family meals in. Its spacious enough for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Even the dog was happy with the size of the yard. I would stay here again.

It was clean and had the resources we needed. This wasn’t just merely a “crash pad” but the focus of our stay was out of the house and the house served its purpose well. Great host.
