Perfect Summer Retreat in Clovis w Swimming Pool

Spacious 3Bed/2Bath with a Swimming Pool in Clovis exclusively for our Guests. The entire house was remodeled to be a comfortable retreat for your family. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials to cook and dine at home including enough utensils & glasses, food processor & blender, coffee maker & toaster, etc. The pool is spacious and newly fenced with a barbecue grill there for family gathering. 65" TV with Comcast cable and Wi-Fi are available for your comfort and convenient stay.
Disclosure of security devices: Two Ring security cameras are installed. One is on the front showing the entrance area. The other is on the back showing the entrance area to the living room and the fence and gate area to the swimming pool. Those record video images when a motion sensor detects motions.

Easy access, seamless check in. We had an issue with the garage door, problem solved with in 24 hours. Very quick response. The house was spotless, very organized, and labeling in the kitchen made for easy meal prep. Very nice and quiet neighborhood, nice for walking our dog. Definitely considering a visit in warmer weather, to enjoy the pool & hot tub.

Outside of the place was fine, liked the garage and washer and dryer. The pool was just ok, hot tub in picture didn’t work, you cannot swim after dark because the pool lights are broken, no outside lights on the house so you could swim at night beware of the stickers in the grass area or you will get them in your feet. The inside was ok pretty clean, the beds were hard so they were not the greatest. Kids liked the bunk beds.

This was a quick family trip. The home is quiet and clean, at the time of our stay the street was under construction but did not bother us during our stay during the weekend no construction crews.

National Parks trip

The house was as advertised. Very comfortable. Very clean. We used this as a base for day trips to Yosemite (90 minutes away), Sequoia (90 minutes), Kings Canyon (90 minutes), Pinnacles (2.5 hours), and to Big Sur (3 hours away). We had a great trip.Very convenient to the airport, literally 8 minutes away. We had a rental car issue and this made it very easy to go to the airport to trade cars.After five days of hiking the national parks, on our last day of vacation we just relaxed in the pool. Felt great on a 95 degree day.The house worked well for our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Property

The home was as advertised. Nice and neat, with a great location. The only issue was the smell of previous pets that had been in the home. But a couple of Dollar Store air fresheners and we had a great stay.

Nice accommodation, very central

We were happy with the accommodation, the facilities had everything you need and the location was central, just as we had chosen. The pool is very old and needs renovation. Minor defects were fixed immediately. All in all, a good accommodation

5 Star Location with Small Hiccup

We enjoyed staying at this location and took full advantage of the pool. When one room had a ceiling fan remote missing, maintenance came out and fixed it at a time that was convenient for us. The only hiccup was the large palm tree out front that was being removed. We arrived with fronds all over the front yard. Over the next couple of days there was work done to try and take down the trunk. Between the heat and size it was taking more than I think the workers were expecting. This work needs to get done and that is understandable. Just didn’t expect to arrive to our location with the front yard a mess! Even with the palm tree issue, I would highly recommend this property and I would return here!!

Clovis retreat

Exceptionally clean, well decorated and stocked with everything needed to enjoy a birthday weekend for my adult daughter and her spouse. Communication with this property manager is always exceptional, and access to the property uncomplicated. I have used other properties with this same owner and have always been more than satisfied with the stay.

Great time on a hot day

Our second visit to this rental. Actually used the pool this time, which was nice. Couple of items were left in the back yard by the previous tenants including some glass items near the pool which I know is a big no no. Other than that, it was a very nice stay once again.

Convenient and clean

This house conveniently located and is great for visiting the national parks and the coast. It is not quite as nice as the pictures indicate. The pool was not useable, it was ice cold and we didn’t trust the filtration system because it did not appear to be in working order. We never heard the pump turn on and there were wires sticking out. That part was kind of a bummer since we specifically chose the house for the pool. However, the house itself was immaculately clean. There were bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived which was a nice touch. It is also nice that there is nothing to do upon check out, no gathering of linens or starting the dishwasher, just pack up and lock the door on the way out. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage and have access to a washer and dryer. I’m sure people are tough on short term rental homes and there isn’t a lot of incentive to keep things top notch so this one is a little run down. The laminate floors were bubbled up in several places, there were scuff marks on the walls and the cabinets were pretty old. The bathrooms however, seemed recently remodeled. Overall a nice place to stay especially if you are on a busy vacation and need convenience.

Great house and budget friendly

This is a great property and wonderful place to stay. I was not expecting much considering how affordable this place is but was really pleasantly surprised. The house was extremely clean and very well maintained. My favorite part was the labels on the kitchen cabinets that tell you where everything is. Every house rental should do this. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely rent here again.

House worked out great, we were in town for a wedding

Loved how spacious living/dining room were and the large table was great. Host was very responsive, home was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels. It was a huge bonus that we were able to use the garage, which had the washer and dryer.

Hard Beds

My wife had an issue with the beds. She was not able to sleep comfortably the first night. She did love the couches though and was able to sleep in the living room the other two nights. Myself and the other 2 guests slept fine on the beds.
