Country serenity at the edge of town near the 99 & 198 HWY interchange and 45min to Sequoia NP. Private space, gated property, free parking (RVs/Semis too). Arrive and park behind the barn, ascend 14 steps to the covered balcony, and enter the apt with all the amenities. Ideal for 1-4 adults or 2 adults and 1-4 kids. Restaurants and stores minutes away. Featuring local art by brothers JJ Fry & Matt Fry! Review house rules before booking.

THE SPACE
Warm and inviting open concept 900 sq ft second story loft apartment w/ 2 king bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room w/ sleeper sofa and chair, 50in 4K Roku TV with YouTubeTV cable, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven, fridge w/ filtered water/ice, and washer & dryer. Enjoy the 144 sq ft covered balcony w/ country views and 48in high railings and gate. Great for 4 adults (2 couples) or a family up to 6 (if more children, please ask). Fully refreshed recently with all new finishes, furniture, appliances, and more. On the ground level enjoy a second covered patio.

EXTRAS
Game Room (coming soon): Below the apt is a large game room with a second full bathroom. Enjoy ping-pong, air hockey, and more! Request access a week or more before your arrival and we'll agree on an additional cost based on your expected use.

RV and tractor trailer parking available inside a secure gate. Full hook ups w/ water, sewer clean out, and 30/50amp electric for RV or EV use (additional fee charged based on usage).

GUEST ACCESS
Inside our secure gate, you'll have lots of parking, privacy, and beautiful country views. We're in the midst of landscaping so expect that to be in process.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Both our house and the outbuilding are on an acre of property. Guests stay in the upstairs loft of the outbuilding and have private access and an area fenced off from the rest of the yard. We're working to finish the yard and landscaping, so expect that to be in process.

Nice quiet property

Nice , clean apartment with everything you need for couples of days.The location was very convenient for our trip to National Parks. Check-in and chek-out was easy and smooth. Tha communication with the owner was fast and host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.

Welcoming, Beautiful Property with Lovely Hosts.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property in January and we cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I booked the stay, the communication with our host (Joel and Heidi) was outstanding. They were responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They also answered questions before I booked. The property itself was stunning! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every corner of the space, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen equipment. The location was also perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood with lovely scenic views. But what truly set this stay apart was the hospitality of our hosts They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. His wife even gave us an extra blanket and Joel stopped by to welcome us and we had a lovely chat about the neighborhood amongst other things. They are such a lovely family. :) Their warmth and generosity made us feel right at home. Overall, we had a fantastic experience staying at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to our hosts for a truly memorable stay.

Charming Two Bedroom in a Lovely Location

Friendly hosts. Well-appointed, clean accommodations. Comfortable beds. Pleasant neighborhood for early morning or evening walks. Solid wi-fi connectivity. Beautiful views of the neighboring crops and orchards. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we visited Visalia.

Perfect place!

Cannot say enough about this property! Great location on the edge of town but still close to everything. The deck and view is amazing, and we started and ended our days there. Owners were very gracious and easy to work with! We will be back!
