"Great hotel just two minutes from taksim square. Friendly and helpful staff. Good cleaning. Now to the negatives. The street it's located on has a lot of trans prostitutes especially on evenings but that isn't the hotels fault. And the breakfast wasn't very good either. Overall a great place. "

"The front office services are remarkably gud. Concierge, room amenities and overall aura was excellent. Will definitely stay again on next trip. "

"The Trinity hotel is conveniently located near the Taksim square with a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The room could be a little bit bigger (bed is near the glass door to the balcony) but adequate for a city trip. Bathroom with shower is excellent! Airco works fine. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to stay for a drink with a superb view on the city. Tip for breakfast: the restaurant between Taksim square and Gezi park."

"Jeg nøt oppholdet mitt på dette vakre hotellet. Resepsjonen var fantastisk, rensligheten, komforten og utsikten var utmerket. Viktigst av alt, resepsjonspersonalet var usedvanlig hjelpsomme. Jeg kommer til å bo på dette hotellet når jeg kommer tilbake til Istanbul. Jeg anbefaler det til alle."

"This place is very centrally located. Staff was so nice and accommodating. The room was unbelievably quiet. Only downside was it doesn’t really get any sunlight but has lots of lighting in the room. "

"Even though I was disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, my room was not the room I requested, Staff especially Mr. Jon from the reception, was very reassuring that he will fix this problem the next day. To my amazement, he lived up to his promise and upgraded me to a lovely room. I was more than happy and for sure will come back to this hotel. One disappointment was the pool area where there was one help and he was not available all the time. "

"The breakfast was ample and varied, the shower was powerful, the ac was sufficient and cool and the housekeeping was done daily to a high standard. Also the staff were very helpful and approachable, we had 2 taxis arranged by them and the airport rate was good,looking for a nice hotel then this won't disappoint as location is central and access to public transport was close by with many shops and restaurants on the doorstep, thankyou brothers for your hospitality!"

"I stayed one night in this hotel and write this review with pleasure. Although I came to the hotel late night, I was impressed with the very friendly reception of the staff who I have found to be very polite and willing to do everything that would make the guest comfortable. From helping with the baggage at the time of checking in or out to finding a taxi and everything I need as guest, the assistance and attention I received was exemplary. "

"Initially surprised with 3rd floor suite with no elevator access. Easily upgraded to another building with elevator. Rooms are tight for space. You get what you pay for! Hassle free stay otherwise. Helpful staff. "
