Very comfortable villa for 8 people
A 5th bedroom is in the basement with small window, bathroom and toilet on the same level, possibility to accommodate 10 people.

1st FLOOR:
=> 2 air-conditioned bedrooms:
- bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200cm perfect for children or they can be modulated to make a large bed of 180cm wide for a couple.

Bedroom with dressing room and small console make-up.
- second Bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200cm or modulated to make a large bed of 180cm wide as well. Cosy TV area with 2 armchairs. Very nice sea view from the bed.
=> Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet

First floor:
=> 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, walk-in shower, storage.
=> a very pleasant living room with a sea view sofa, TV, Wifi, dining table and air conditioning.
=> a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, very friendly, with everything you need: coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster...
=> a separate toilet

EXTRA LARGE BASEMENT:
- an additional bedroom with a 140cm double bed, storage cupboard
