Villa completely renovated to make your holiday the most enjoyable possible. This house can accommodate 8 people contains 4 single rooms with flat screen, 2 bathroom, 2 toilet, 1 single. The kitchen stay open on a large terrace for great barbecue meal. A covered terrace to relax or exercise awaits you near the pool. The large sandy beach st aygulf or charming coves are 1 km from the villa.

Perfect house with great facilities

We were two families from Sweden staying in Billaudels nice villa for one week in late June. We loved the house and the great facilities.On the top floor there is a modern kitchen, dinner table, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also an outdoor patio with sun from the west in the morning and sun from the east in the evening.On the bottom floor there is two more bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine, a separate toilet and a small living room with sofa, TV and Pinball.You can reach the indoor/outdoor basement and the swimmingpool from the living room.The pool was heated and you can use it from early morning to late night. There is sun loungers for eight persons and bath towels is included. We used the seven bikes every day. Maybe 10-15 minutes ride by bicycle to the beach. 3-5 minutes to the closest shop, Joseph Primeur. 5-10 minutes to Carrefour Contact Supermarket and the Boulangerie in the same building.The Ping Pong table was a fun entertainment for both kids an adults and so was the Pin Ball.The Kitchen has a great oven, a ceramic stove, dishwasher, two coffee machines (filter and pod), kettle, toaster and mixer. On the top floor patio there is a really fine Weber gas grill.Billaudel visited us on the first day and gave a short introduction to the house and the functions. We had some communication during the week and he alwas replied very fast. He was a great host!

Alles identisch mit den Internetbildern.Pool war angenehm beheizt. Kleines Manko war eine fehlende Schere in der Küche und Platzsets.Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.Kommen gerne wieder.

Pleasent stay in a superb villa at the Côte d’Azur

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa from Dominique Billaudel.The check-in was pretty easy and we were welcomed by a collection of fresh fruit, good wine and coffee already in the house.The location is perfect to relax and recharge, as it's within walking distance to the front of the beach, a supermarket and nearby restaurants. Same time it's in a lesser noisy area surround by other villas and a lot of green.What's remarkeable is the heated pool, which was perfect for our kids. And the special bonus were the bicycles an indoor place with table tennis and even a retro pinball from the 70s.The villa has enough space for 2x families with kids and the interior is well made and perfectly cleaned.Dominique was able to help on short notice if needed.Looking forward to visiting the place a 2nd time.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour. La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée 👍 L’équipement de la maison était comme indiquée dans la description. Les photos ne sont pas du tout conforme à la réalité , c’est bien plus beau en vrai !!! Le propriétaire était super sympa et très à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons !

The Best Place to Stay

We were so happy with the house. It's actually better than the pictures show - very spacious, very clean and has everything you could need. Dominique is a wonderful person and host. We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. It's is on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms and 1 one bath on each floor. That gave each couple some privacy. We enjoyed the pinball machine! The washer/dryer is one unit. It is located in a mid-size beach town with a food market and bakery very close and more shopping not far away. It’s about 10-15 minutes from St. Tropez, and the town it is located in has several local attractions. If we ever return to this area, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Très belle villa avec une super piscine. Les enfants se sont très bien amusés dans la piscine et on aimé les parties de flippers. Le propriétaire est très gentil et nous a laissé une belle corbeille de fruit à notre arrivée.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit tollem Pool

Der Check-in war äußerst unkompliziert und wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Die Zimmer, die Bäder, die Küche und der Außenbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind sehr schnell erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Haus mit beheizter Pool und sehr viel Platz!

Völlig unkomplizierter Check-In mit großem Obstteller und Wein zur Begrüßung! Sehr schönes Haus, viel Platz, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, super Terrasse sowohl zum Essen als auch mit Lounge-Möbeln. Sehr schöner Pool (auch im Oktober bis 30°C beheizt!!), alles sehr gepflegt und sauber! Stellplätze für mehrere Autos vorhanden, super Lage nahe dem Ortszentrum von Saint-Aygulf und den Stränden. Es fehlt an nichts!!

Prestations de qualité, accès facile en voiture(s), tout confort, propriétaire sympathique, de belles plages et de jolies calanques pour peu qu'on se donne la peine de les dénicher. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ! A recommander sans aucune réserve.

The villa was excellent and had everything you needed. The air conditioning was great and really helped with the heat in August. The hosts were really helpful and recommended lovely restaurants and responded really quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend this villa

Traumhaftes Haus/ Super vakantieverblijf

Wir haben eine super Urlaub gehabt im Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr gepflegt und ruhig gelegen. Strand ist sehr schnell erreicht und andere Ortschaften sind unweit entfernt. Schöne Badebucht in Saint Aygulf mit sehr gute Restaurants. Wir kommen zurück. Danke für alles 👍 Voor een supervakantie aan de Cote d’Azur is dit een perfect verblijf. Er is niks tekort, mooi gelegen op een heugel. Niet ver weg van het strand. Ook om Saint Tropez, of Port Grimaud te bezoeken is het een kleine rit. De verhuurder is heel vriendelijk en heel sympathiek. We komen terug.

TOP modernisierte Unterkunft

Wie ist die Unterkunft? Die Unterkunft ist Top modern gehalten und renoviert worden. Es fehlt an nichts. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, TV in jedem Zimmer. Klimaanlage im ganzen Haus. Der Pool ist beheizbar. Lage Sehr ruhig Abends. Man sollte selber ab 22 Uhr keine Party mehr draußen halten. Zum Strand sind es ca 4km mit dem Auto. Würde ganz klar wieder buchen.
