Located in a secure building, on the 1st floor with elevator, this bright and charming studio is located in a lively area in the evening. It includes:
- a sofa bed in the living room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a balcony with table and chairs to get some fresh air and enjoy the view.

Please note that all the bedding is brand new.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness as well as its breathtaking view of the sea.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: TV, washing machine, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, air conditioning, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at an extra cost.

## Emplacement
Fréjus is a seaside and tourist resort on the French Riviera. It has also been rated a City of Art and History. It was originally a Roman town founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseille, which then dominated the region. Fréjus is the site with the largest French concentration of ancient remains after Arles.
There is also the François Léotard nature base (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer).
