Cocoonr offers this charming 60 m² flat for rent in Fréhel, 700 m from the beach, with swimming pool and sauna (extra charge) in the residence. It can accommodate up to 7 people. Located on the garden level with a view of the 18-hole golf course, it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 50 m² shared garden and terrace. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The north-east facing accommodation (sunny from sunrise until around 2pm) is made up as follows:
Day area :
- A 23 m² living room opening onto the terrace with TV, sofa bed (double), armchair and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster and raclette machine...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1 overlooking the terrace: double bed (140×190), dressing room and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Shower room
- Separate WC

Outside:
An open terrace of around 15m², facing north-east with a sublime view of the golf course and furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a good meal in the sun!

Communal area:
The residence has a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, accessible from April to the end of October.
The pool is open from 9.30am to 7.45pm during school holidays and from 9.30am to 6.45pm the rest of the year. These times are indicative and subject to change.
The wellness areas are shared by all residents.
Each stay includes one sauna session per person. Access to the sauna in the swimming pool area is available on request and at an additional cost from reception.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board, baby bath, toilet seat reducer and baby potty.

Location:
The flat is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 5 minutes from the beach. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the public car park at the bottom of the residence.
You can enter the residence beforehand to unload your vehicle by passing through the barrier secured by a digicode.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, about 30 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard, about 40 minutes by car

- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
