The space
"Your Beach Spot" is priced just right and is a clean RV set up just a block from the beach. Situated in 5 star rated RV Park & Resort with laundry facilities and more. Just a block away from the beach for playing/chillin, Jetty Park for fishing, and the Jetty shack for burgers, you wont get board anytime soon!
Guest access
The whole RV is yours! The only part that will be locked will be the outside storage area at the bottom front of the RV. The RV does have a bathroom and a shower and you can find larger bathrooms and showers in the RV Park & Resort facilities along with laundry. There are also vending machines behind the office at the main entrance.
Other things to note
Other Items to note;
1. We like our guest to know that the cleaning fee covers not only the cleaning and sanitizing of the entire RV but also the flushing/resetting of the septic system after EVERY guest. This is the reason for the cost. We also like to mention you will be 1 block from the beach and it's possible that you may find a very small amount of sand in the camper despite our best efforts to keep it out.

2. Our mission is to have the most Fun, Clean, and Affordable Beach Spot out there. It is important to us that you not only have a ton of fun with the family but also be able to save enough money to vacation more frequently. 3. All city water on the island of Surfside beach and Galveston is not drinkable. We do have a good filter on the city water to the RV but do not drink or cook with it. It is okay to wash with. You can receive free clean drinking water at the city municipal building a few blocks away. We are currently looking at options for providing fresh water to the RV.

4. The RV hot water may be very hot, please be careful.

5. The outside shower is located on the outside wall opposite the front door.
