This oasis of a vacation condo is conveniently located in a newly renovated five unit complex on the most beautiful canal the Bahamas has to offer. Offering a private and tranquil island setting and is only a 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach. There you will find a plethora of interactive water sports including jet-skiing, banana boat rides, kayaking, parasailing, and lots more! You are never too far from the latest hotspots on the island the Bahamas has to offer!

Save on taxi fares and rental car fees when you book your stay here! Port Lucaya is just walking distance from locally owned and operated stores, great shopping, strawmarkets, mouth watering restaurants, nightlife featuring Soca, Calypso, Reggae and today's hottest dance music at Port Lucaya/Count Bassie Square -- just minutes away!

At Port Lucaya, you can book excursions on exciting glass bottom boats, semi-submarine, snorkeling with exotic aquamarine life, deep-sea fishing, booze and/or sunset cruises, memorable beach party day cruises, thrilling parasailing rides, UNEXSO for shark diving or swimming with the dolphins for the ultimate experience.

Port Lucaya also has free nightly entertainment.

This two bedroom, two full bath condo is sparkling clean, newly and fully furnished with beautiful tropical decor which is updated frequently. Just bring your clothes and personal items, everything else is provided - all linens, blankets, pillows, towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board, all kitchen utensils, appliances and more.

The master bedroom features a king-size bedroom suite, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed. A second full-size bath is just outside the bedroom door. Additionally, an L-shaped sleeper sofa is in the living room for an extra guest to sleep comfortably.

The condo features a beautiful sparkling pool just footsteps from the back door. A great place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee, Goombay Smash, Bahama Mama and spirits to be enjoyed nightly.

This first-floor unit is the only rental on the property with direct access to the pool deck and pool!

The pool is canal side with a great view. Beneath the crystal clear water you will see many exotic fish just above the surface. Fishing is also available right off of our dock with a fish cutting table located conveniently nearby. Our outdoor pool deck allows for ultimate relaxation while you barbecue and enjoy spirits!

Free dockage is also available with tie up being perpendicular to the dock not parallel, allowing maximum dock space for all boaters.

The condo is most affordable, nicely appointed, extremely comfortable, and newly decorated with a tropical theme, which is sure to make a great vacation home for couples or the entire family.

The condo is only 3 miles from the airport and 10 miles from Freeport Harbor.

Lisa was very accommodating and helpful! We just had a layover and it was perfect for us. We walked to the square every morning for breakfast and dinner.

The hostess was amazingly responsive and the property manager was as well. The unit was comfortable and had all we needed. It was within easy walking distance of the beach, several restaurants and shopping. The neighbours were very friendly. We can recommend this site.

Oh my goodness, we walked in to the property and just loved it! Amazing Ocean themes, even the gorgeous bed clothes. Right outside was the pool and seating area, gorgeous!And the dock where you could sit and ponder the world, and the beauty of Freeport. My Grandson was delighted he could fish off the dock, but we threw them.all back. We were close to Wendys, a few minutes walk, and i could cut through past the police station on to a spectacular beach . Port Lucaya with its restaurants , shops and weekend entertainment was terrific. Only a 10 minute walk. Zorbas coffee shop was super. We nicknamed the closed by the 2nd bedroom " the majic closet" it had a hairdryer, hair straighteners, bandaids, sunscreen and all sorts of necessary things. There were iron's and ironing boards, and a washer and dryer steps away. Ron was great, a terrific friendy guy, if you needed anything, he was just a call away, thank you Ron. Lisa was a call away also , quite the team! I could go on, but suffice it to say..." it was simply the Best" THANK YOU , A super stay ...will miss that gorgeous apt.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The unit was clean and comfortable. The beds were good, the kitchen well equipped. The couch in the main area is a little tired. The pool deck and pool were great and looked out over the inland waterway. The pool is not heated. Permanent residents of the condo complex were very friendly and helpful. Ron, the on site property manager was prompt and very friendly. The location was short walk to the Port Lucayan Market where you'll find lots of shops and great restaurants and bars. The beach is also a short walk as was the Grocery store. Don't be alarmed when your arrive. The unit is at the end of a cul de sac next to a deserted hotel/condo complex with several derilict cars in the parking area. Freeport was devestated by Hurricane Dorian followed by Covid and the recovery is slow but sure. The local people couldn't have been more friendly and the island is very safe. Local transportation is interesting. There are cards for transportation by the phone. When calling specify whether you want a bus or taxi. Both will come to your door for pickup. The difference is the price. The bus will pick up and drop off others on the way to your destination while the taxi will only service your needs. The best communication tool on the island is Whatsapp. If you haven't downloaded this app do so before you arrive. Everyone on the island uses it. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Hampton Court.

We stayed for a week. Right on the canal, snapper waiting below the dock for dinner scraps, 5 minute boat ride to the ocean. Property manager Ron very nice, great resource for fishing tips, etc. Real pool with deep end, very clean. Family loved it.

Excellent accommodations. Close to food and essentials. Our unit was great and locals very helpful. Overall condo property is a little tired (been fishing in the Bahamas for 40 years and most islands are a little threadbare and that’s part of the charm), but our unit was outstanding. We’d stay there again without a doubt.

We have nothing but good memories of our stay at this property. Everything we needed was within walking distance and we felt safe and welcomed wherever we walked. We were comfortable and felt at home during our monthlong stay at Hampton Court #3. It was overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend this place to anyone. There was personalized communication with the property owner prior, during, and post of our stay. Totally a two thumbs up to Lisa!!!! Thank you:)

This was a great unit in a very convenient location. It worked perfectly with the kids having the pool right out the back door. The canal is great with little fish you can see from the dock. Close to everything.

We showed up by boat and the dock was easy to find. (if by boat don't forget about the tide) The place was close to lucaya village and perfect for us. The pool was wonderful and the neighbor was very nice.

If you are looking for a two bedroom, two bathroom condo that is well cared for and within easy walking distance of Port Lucaya, the Reef Golf Course, and of course, beautiful Lucaya Beach as well as a major grocery store this is it! We recently returned from a five-week stay at Lisa's condo which has all the amenities of home. She was a delight to deal with as was the on-site property manager, Ron, who were both very prompt in dealing with a couple of our very minor needs. It is a very quiet condo complex and we always felt very comfortable staying there. It was fantastic having a pool right outside our door and fishing off the wharf and watching the marine life swim by was also fun and relaxing. We would certainly stay there again without any hestitation. Joan and Doug

This was one of our family’s best vacations! The condo was safe and clean and had everything we needed as a family of 4 adults. We were able to walk many places from our home base. Lisa (owner), neighbors and the people of Grand Island were amazing! They told us where to go and what shouldn’t be missed. We rented a car using Lisa’s suggestion and we were able to explore the entire island and find all of the special places we were told about. Every day was so amazing!!! We would do this a million times over and we would stay here just as well.

We really liked the condo and location by the water and near Lucaya Market. We could also unwind by the pool after a long day. The area was quiet and safe. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal. We felt at home. We highly recommend it.

We had a family emergency and found ourselves in Freeport, Grand Bahama needing to find a place to stay ASAP. Lisa, the owner, who lives in the States, immediately answered my SOS email, phoned me and had us in her condo within 20 minutes of my initial contact with her! And it was the perfect place to stay while we put our lives back in order that week. Her caring, attentive attitude meant so much. The condo is in the perfect location, it is furnished beautifully with everything you need and plenty more. It became a safe haven for us and helped to make a stressful week a lot easier. I cannot say enough about Lisa and her on-site caretaker and their loving and caring attitudes towards us. As she told me, "mi casa es su casa" and it was exactly that for us. Bless you, Lisa, and thank you for making available your wonderful home to us at literally a moment's notice and giving us a safe place to land.

This condo is so close to everything, you will not need a car. Slow 20minute walk to groceries ($6 taxi back if you want). I walked there daily to pick up what I needed. And just 5-10 minutes walk to Port Lucaya Marketplace....bars, restaurants, live entertainment. And for anything else, the super friendly taxi drivers or buses will get you wherever you want to go. Our apartment had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable there.

Great location just off Bell Channel. More than enough room for the boat at the dock and easy to get to room from dock. Condo was in good condition and was adequate for our stay. We will return.

The condo was conveniently located. The unit was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The owner, Lisa, could not have been more attentive and helpful. It is sad that so many properties were destroyed or closed after hurricane Matthew. Hopefully, they will get things opened back up soon.

We arrived and asked Janice at Brad's Car Rental to call Juanita. Janice gave perfect directions as well as tour suggestions. Juanita was waiting outside of the property as advertised. She went over all of the amenities and we found that everything was as if you lived there. Overall for us the owner and property gets a rating of 10 out of 10.

My wife my sister and my brother in law stayed in this roomy 2 bedroom lower unit for 5 days. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. The neighbors were very nice and the local handy man Jimmy was an awesome guide and a wealth of information. I can't say enough about the hospitality and the great time we had. Really appreciate how affordable and fun it was. We will be going back and we will be staying in this unit if it is available. Highly recommend this unit and this vacation spot.
