Holy Mackerel is a newly constructed, gorgeous beach house located on the pedestrian end of Surfside Beach. This beach oasis is close to everything Surfside Village has to offer! Built taller than surrounding homes, your amazing island views are expansive! A few minutes' walk to shops, restaurants, and most of all THE SAND AND SURF! Grab your beach towels, boogie boards and umbrellas and hit the beach! With plenty of parking for up to 6 cars, this home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping up to 13 guests and comes with 2 living and entertaining rooms. As you enter the home, you are greeted with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Surfside Village! The open concept floorplan contains living, dining and kitchen areas perfect for entertaining.
Ample seating for 8 at the dining table plus bar seating for 4 at the expansive kitchen island which is perfect for meal prep and lively conversation! From the dining area, there are gorgeous, 180-degree water views! Right onto the front deck, there are more dining options for 6 at the new outdoor table. Off the dining area is the first living room complete with flat screen TV, JBL speakers and super comfy lounge sofas.  Down the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer, modern appointed guest bathroom with quartz vanity and tub/shower combo and 2 bedrooms with pyramid bunks (twin-over full). As you walk down the hallway, through the living room, follow the ship's staircase up to the second level. There you are greeted by a 2nd living room. Panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the entire second level! Just outside the door, there is a top floor observation deck with custom deck chairs for you to enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the waves. The primary suite is located on the top level with beautiful tray ceilings, queen bed, flat screen TV and gorgeous walk-in shower with built in seat. Dual quartz vanities with modern lighting are also included. There is a large closet inside the bathroom for your vacation attire! We loved this high rise house by the sea! Beautiful view and away from the busy beach but not far to walk to. Perfect location. The only complain would be the freezer in the refrigerator did not get cold enough to keep food frozen. They should replace it with a new one.

Great beach house rental. Well equipped, everything was clean and in working order. Nice view and cool breeze out on the front deck. Owner was very easy to deal with. Hopefully will have a chance to rent again.

Such a fun time!

We had such a great time enjoying the weekend at surfside! We spent the majority of our time out at the beach, but the house was well stocked for all our meals and a great setting for accommodating a larger group! Thank you and we can’t wait to be back at the beach more this summer!

Spring Break Getaway

I stayed in this home for a couple of days with some friends and our kids age 3,5,6 and 14. The house was very clean, well stocked and had a beautiful view of the beach. There were lots of towels and supplies and the kids loved all the board games in the house. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Beach House

WE so enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was a great location, beautiful decor, loved the two balconies, plenty of amenities with a pretty view of the ocean. We could walk to the pedestrian beach or drive down to the city beach. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and relax. The beds were super comfortable! We'd rent this house again.
