4 DAY MINIMUM ON HOLIDAYS, NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-INS. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!! VIOLATION OF THE NO PETS POLICY WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC $250.00 FEE. NO SMOKING. This two bedroom / one and a half bathroom home can sleep up to 7 people. Being beachfront you have direct access and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This home is fully furnished which makes your vacation to Surfside Beach simple. There is a small washer and dryer as well allowing you to not have to pack as much. Sit out on the deck to watch the sunrises and the waves roll in. There is a barbecue pit and picnic table under the house for your use. You are only steps from putting your toes in the water! There is a minimum age of 21 years of age to rent this beautiful home. Renter must furnish their own paper supplies (including toilet paper) trash bags, cleaning supplies and laundry/dish detergents.

The house was just like the pictures. Easy access to the beach and perfect for a family outing. We didn’t have any issues with the house and it was great to have ceiling fans in the bed rooms. Appliances were all updated and overall a great rental.

Location, location, location!

A great long weekend at the beach in a beautiful location. The proximity to the sand and water was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable.

Disappointed

We had to put on our own sheets….put out our linens. ONLY 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 day!!!!! NO paper towels at all. Floor not swept, countertops not clean. Microwave didn’t work well. Not private beach…. Won’t rent again. BUT , the mgmt ladies were super nice. Not sure where the downfall is in the upkeep of the rental, but it definitely is not kept up to par. Not for the price they’re asking. Somebody needs to get in there clean that sucker up and get it ready for people who are planning a nice confortable stay.

Great Beachfront House

Loved the house, very well maintained and clean. Dishwasher didn't want to close all of the way and wouldn't start but we made it work by propping a chair against it.

Perfect location

Great location. Great little house. We really enjoyed it. Even though there was an outdoor shower head, it would be nice if there was a hose outside to rinse your stuff. It’s important to include the fact that you have to make your own beds upon arrival. Renters pay a lot to stay there. The kitchen towels need to be replaced. We didn’t use them, because I couldn’t tell if they were stained or unwashed. We would stay again.

Very nice property and location. House was very clean upon arrival and amenities were as listed plus some. Everything you need just like home. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back and hope to be able to have our stay here again.

Nice home

The home was very nice, had to get used to the house moving anytime someone rolled over or moved quickly, which was weird, but we enjoyed our trip. Location was amazing and the walk to the beach was short.

We enjoyed our stay. This beach cabin was cozy and clean. We were told it came with bed linens and towels, but it did not. Make sure you bring these items.

Nice place

We had a great time in this cute little house. Great view! Just enough space for the 4 of us. Very well equipped kitchen. The furniture in the living area was not very comfortable for TV viewing but the beds were very comfortable. It would also have been nice to have a water hose to clean all the sand off our beach chairs and floats. Overall it was a nice place and we had a great time.
