Bright, cheery and very comfortable! As seen on HGTV! This sweet retreat is located on the beach side with a super quick two-minute walk over the dunes bridge right to the beach. Sleeps 8, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and outdoor shower. Plush queen beds in both the master and the 2nd bedroom and 2 comfy, adorable twin beds in 3rd room. Also, there is a brand new deluxe queen memory foam pull out sofa bed. Beautifully decorated, high end finishes, full kitchen with amenities and entire house water filtration system with RO faucet at the kitchen sink. Keurig and standard coffee pot. Smart tv's in living room and all bedrooms. Connect to Netflix or any other app to watch your favorite shows and movies. Also, every tv has local cable channels. Free WIFI. Full size HE washer and dryer. Towels and linens are included. Lots of furniture on the front deck to just hangout and enjoy the views or have a nice meal. This house has the most amazing sunset view over the bay on the front deck! The perfect spot for coffee is on the back deck with peek-a-boo views of the ocean waves. Heated outdoor shower. Beach toys, chairs, wagon and more. Under the house there is a fun custom picnic table with trough, fits 2 dozen drinks and/or condiments, silverware and napkins. Also, included is an outdoor BBQ pit and fire pit! Giant yard Jenga and yard Yahtzee. Fenced in yard, perfect for the kids or pets. Come stay and play!

To do ~ Rent a golf cart and enjoy the golf cart path right from the house. You can ride it to the beach, crabbing peer, restaurants, bars, and food trucks. Less than 2 miles to the nearest boat launch. Other things to do in Surfside, are to visit the splash pad, Jetty Park, take a dolphin tour, deep sea fishing, surfing lesson, paddle boarding, massages, golfing, diving and more. The Beach House is close to everything Surfside has to offer! As well as a 30-minute coastline drive to Galveston for other fun activities. Lake Jackson is 15 minutes away and has everything, HEB, Walmart, Target, the mall, Chick Fil A and more.

Favorite places to eat ~ Beachfront Deck Bar and Grill and Seahorse Bar and Grill, literally on the beach. Amazing views! Surfin Ritas Daiquiri's to go. Red snapper Inn for a more high-end seafood dish.

Host was great at communicating. House was beautiful! Came fully stocked with dishes, bathroom soaps and paper products. Plenty of outdoor seating and activities. Loved the fire pit set up! Short walk to the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Last Summer family trip

Property was very nice, short walk to the beach! Really surprised by the weather, was supposed to rain all weekend, but that was limited to between 5a-7a each day. Will rent again next summer!

This house is an easy short walk to the beach! It has all the basics you’ll need including a beach wagon and chairs. The property manager was responsive and it was an easy process to check in.

Excellent Pet-Friendly Location!

This property was perfectly located a short walk to the beach. It came complete with collapsible chairs and beach toys as well as a wagon to transport it all down to the water. The kiddos loved the board games, discovering some old school fun the moment we checked in. The grill and volleyball court made for some fun outdoor time. It also had balconies on both sides so that we could watch the sun come up and set from a balcony. The fenced-in yard and deck made it easy to bring our two larger dogs. Finding a large-breed friendly home is so challenging, and I am so appreciative to the owners for opening their home up not just to our human family! It was a little short on supplies. They only had 3 rolls of tp left and no cleaning wipes, sponges, or sprays. They also only left 4 k-cup coffees for our 4 day stay. This would not be a big deal, but the regular coffee maker was broken so our ground coffee was moot. This momma needs a lot more caffeine that. We went out for a quick Bucky's-run to remedy all this, and everything was hunky dory. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we hope to return again soon!

Perfect for a family of 4

The property had everything our family needed and the location was perfect! Absolutely enjoyed the house! Beach was only a short walk so we didn’t even need a golf cart. Would love to stay here again.

Beach vacation

This is a nice well appointed beach house very close to the beach . Having a fenced yard is also a big plus especially if you have kids or pets . The kitchen could use a baking sheet , pizza pan and kitchen towel and wash cloth . Also the latch on the fence is missing a bolt , so not very secure . Other than that it is a great vacation rental.

Perfect Get Away

The beach house was perfect! It’s location is close to the beach and right off the golf cart trail. The house’s decor is cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this darling beach house.

Mostly Great

Our stay was a good one. There were only minor things that did not go well. Our first issue was finding the property. This was our first trip to Surfside Beach and we did not know the layout of neighborhoods. Arriving after dark and locating this property was a chore. A light on the address would have been extremely helpful. Another minor problem was one of the smoke alarms started beeping in the middle of the night. It wanted a new battery. Tells us that maintenance on the property could be improved. Finally there were dust issues here and there. Owners should have the cleaners check the ceiling fan blades. Some need attention. Overall, once we got settled in, we enjoyed our visit here.

Great Location, Beautiful House

We had an Amazing time staying here! The owners are Awesome and quick to respond. The house, we just fell in love! Sitting on the back deck in the morning, having coffee, listening to the waves, PRICELESS! Short walk to the beach and central to everything. We would definitely stay again! Love from the Coloradans
