"When we arrive we didn’t have any towels in the room. We sled for it and 2 hours later were brought to the room. The four keys they gave us didn’t work very good and it was a struggle every time we wanted to get in Wifi didn’t work in the room nor the common areas The rooms had old air conditioners that don’t work well and make a terrible noise The hotel was empty, just a couple of people. "Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. "Dess was a much needed oasis in what could have been a nightmare scenario. The accommodations and the quick responses to all your needs is greatly appreciated. Room was extremely clean and well kept pictures do it no justice. Really nicely decorated and upkept. Amenities in the condo are great stores are close and expensive if something is missing. Enjoy this gem of a stay. Ty so much for having us."

"I actually did not make the trip, i had complications in travel, so out of the 2 week stay, it was only occupied for less than a week. I had hoped to maybe get some of my money back for that first week, but i did not find out about my cancellation of travel plans until 5 days before check in. My friends did go for some of the 2nd week and reported that the view was gorgeous and the condo was nice. "
