"Checked in and went straight to the rom to check it out and it was poorly cleaned by house keeping. Went back down to the desk and he gave us keys to another room that wasn’t any better so much so that there was feces still on the toilet. I went down and asked to be refunded. At first I was told to take it up with Expedia and then he did the refund and just told me to follow up with Expedia that he wouldn’t fight my refund after having someone go up and check both rooms out for themselves. ...

"Although the staff members (front desk and cleaning crew) were very nice, the hotel was not worth the money. -Breakfast ended at 10am, they refused to put any food out and it was only 9:20am with a full line of people waiting. -ice machine was broken - laundry room was not operable - the bathroom door wouldn’t close - the room door got stuck multiple times - cigarette burn and stain on the bedding - pool was dirty (pump was off) - the landline to the front desk was not working"

"Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...
