"Quaint old hotel with nice first floor and breakfast area. Good breakfast. Location is in older part of town- not walking distance to nice restaurants or beach. Near pretty park good for watching sunset. "

"This is the worst property I have stayed at in my 60 years of traveling. Dirty, no amenities. sight states there is wi-fi which there wasn't - staff even said so. I do my business on the internet so I was shut out. I had paid for 3 nights - left after one. Property manager refussed to credit me for the 2 nights I stayed there. Also, it was not an Econo Lodge, it was a Budget Inn. Very dissatisfied!!!"

"Very nice, convenient location. Close to good restaurants. Very easy check in process. Not the most comfortable bed or pillows. We had a water leak coming up from the floor and someone came and changed out the rug but it was soaked again in a very short period of time. "

"Room was excellent-Air conditioning was strong, room newly renovated and clean, the bathroom could use some paint but overall clean, plenty of hot water and mini-fridge was good. Team was friendly and helpful, extra towels and extra keys. Facilities- parking was tight but available, pool was clean. Location- close to downtown and beaches."

"I loved having everything ready to use. I do love the proximity of the beach. We have small children so the pool was great as well not too cold at all. The view was gorgeous!!! Lots of really nice people and patient people at the resort. "

"We have been to better and have been to worse. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations this is not it. However, with that said the place was just fine and met our needs. You are on your own, as they do not provide maid service. I believe many of the motels in the area are moving to this model which we understand given the state of the economy. Keep operating costs down. The management is not always on site but are nearby. So you can call if any issues arise. The staff we dealt with were...

"No, the view was of a parking lot. "Partial ocean view is misleading. The photographs on the web are also misleading. It is a very big and long Hotel and only a few rooms have an ocean view. Sadly no sunsets. "
