DO NOT reserve a room here. My son and I reserved for 2 nights, 11/7 & 11/8. Heres how it went, we checked in at 4:30pm on the 7th. Then looked for a place to eat and left. Done with dinner at around 6:30, back to the room and I went to turn on the shower. Turned the hot water knob and nothing, looked up and saw there was a valve behind the showerhead. Turned a 1/4 turn & water came out.....running for about 5 minutes & just luke warm. Went to turn the cold off & it just spun...now i know why there is a shutoff valve, because the cold water is constantly on. Shut it down & walked over to the office, rang the bell & I spoke to the owner & told him theres an issue with the shower & what was happening and then right off the bat got "you must have broke something then". Are you serious right now? At thay point I raised my voice to point out that a shutoff valve is NOT normal & that an issue is already known. A few minutes later he knocked on the door to look at the problem. He proceeded to turn on the sink hot water and state "theres hot water" (never said that there wasnt). He then proceeded to explain "righty tighty, lefty loosie" and that these knobs cost $20 and that you just cant crank on them (because I needed to be explained how to operate a shower). Instead of offering up another room (seeing how I was the ONLY car on his POS property), he thinks its better to accuse and insult a customer. I booked another hotel at 7:20pm.
