KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffeemaker & a kitchenette off the primary bedroom with a Keurig coffeemaker

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everyone felt the pics didn't do this gorgeous home justice! Loved that Everyone had their own rooms & bathrooms. We could all shower & get ready at once. The kitchen was beautiful & stocked with all your needs. The hot tub was clean & hot! We enjoyed the scenery of the creek and being abkt to feed the deer everyday. Location was still walkable to downtown, but had the feel of being in the woods. Our host was wonderful & responsive. They let us check in 30 minutes early. Check-in and checkout was very easy. We would definitely return!!

The home was very spacious! What I loved was that every room had its own private restroom. It was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. The living space was an open layout in which we loved because we were able to congregate. The back yard was an amazing space to chill and were able to enjoy the nature. We even saw deer! It was an amazing stay! I will definitely book this home again!

We loved our stay! My family and I decided to spend the weekend in Fredericksburg to celebrate my mother's birthday. This property was perfect for our group! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which worked out perfectly for all of us. We loved the patio and enjoyed feeding the deer who spent time in the back yard. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Peace and quiet

The backyard is just a beautiful view down to the river. There were 10 deer who came up to be fed in the backyard. The hot tub is really relaxing. The house is spacious and beautiful.

Fantastic Property

This is a great house. All the bedrooms have bathrooms attached & there is a half bath in hallway. It’s very well taken care of. Loved feeding the deer, corn they provided on back porch. It’s a perfect location.

Amazing stay!

This property was even better than expected. The kitchen was huge, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Everything was incredibly clean and comfortable. With three couples, we each had a room with king bed and ensuite, plus two more bathrooms! The porch and hot tub were so relaxing and the location was just up the road from everything on Main Street. Absolutely perfect stay!!

Perfect place to stay!

This is a perfect property for four couples or less. I’ve stayed in several short term rentals and this property exceeded my expectations by far. The spacious floor plan along with the layout of the house just “works”. Having an adjoined bathroom to reach bedroom was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about this property.
