The Red Barn at Edgewater. Crazy cool media barn and game room!

The Red Barn shares a driveway with Edgewater at Henderson Branch, a stroll across the front yard. This media and game barn is a fun add-on for Edgewater groups that want extra entertainment or a few more beds and another bath.
With a hippie-ranch-pub vibe, the Red Barn at Edgewater is the ultimate hangout. Sink into the huge sectional to watch the big screen with surround sound. And the 15-foot tabletop shuffleboard is a blast for families and friends. Recently remodeled by serious game lovers, there is a game table and a big selection of games for all ages. Because of the sensitive nature of the tech components, piping hot popcorn machine and the calibrated shuffleboard table, adult supervision is REQUIRED.
Small party kitchen has a full size fridge, sink and a carnival popcorn machine. Brand new bath has shower with handheld and rain heads. The cute second level has a full size bed and two sets of kid-sized bunk beds.
It’s a great option when the temperature soars, drops or when the rain clouds open! There is not really an impressive media set up at Edgewater, small flat-screens only, so it’s nice to have a big screen for groups. Direct TV and Apple TV provided.
COST: $400/night for the first four nights. $150/night for additional nights. $100 cleaning fee. The Red Barn must be booked for the entirety of your Edgewater stay.
Sleeping capacity: 8-10. One queen foldout bed, one full bed, and 4 kids-only twin beds (as in 2 sets of bunkbeds). There is also one premium, elevated inflatable queen bed provided. All linens are of course provided.
