Summary:
This adorable, recently remodeled, art inspired studio with King bed, rain head shower and separate living area is just 2 blocks from the heart of Fredericksburg shopping and dining. Wine tasting maybe? Climb Enchanted Rock, shopping? Afterward, come back and relax in your private hot tub. Did we mention the location? This studio is in our beloved historic district just steps to all the festivals and festivities Fredericksburg is known for. Managed by Heavenly Hosts Permit#805600_0438

The Space:
This historic home has been recently remodeled into 3 studio style suites to accommodate individuals looking for an affordable place to stay that is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and festivals. All suites have a private hot tub and private entrance. Please note that there are separate suites on the property that might be occupied during your visit. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation!

- Mini Fridge, Microwave and coffee maker, coffee cups and wine glasses provided!
*Bottled water is NOT provided

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest Access:
Studio #1 is in the front of the home with access to private parking, private hot tub area and has private entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Located in downtown area. Walking distance to the heart of Fredericksburg but still located in a residential neighborhood.

Getting Around:
You are a very short walk to Main Street! If you would like to visit the wineries, we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

This property is not suitable for children/infants.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

As advertised! Super cute spot - convenient, easy walk to Main Street, comfy bed, nice shower, and loved the hot tub. It’s a short walk around to the side of the house to the enclosed hot tub area (robe and towels provided) and technically private, but with the hot tub areas for all suites located together on the one side of the house, similar to inside of house, you can hear if other guests are there. Didn’t impact our stay; we would definitely stay again, but good to be aware.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience! The hosts communicated all along the way with all the instructions we’d need to make our stay pleasant and easy. It was a lovely property and just a couple blocks from Main Street. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the decor was lovely! We’d give them a 20 out of 10!

Very cute place and close to town, but the walls are thin and you can hear everything from both neighboring studios. Wish there had been a mounted shower head instead of the “rainfall” one in place. It was just a bigger shower head mounted from the ceiling and didn’t have even pressure. The hot tub area was nice and not too far of a walk from the front door.

Perfect location for us, only a 5 min walk to two of our favorite places Hondo’s and Altdorf Biergarten. Comfortable, clean and well taken care of. The hot tub was nice after walking around all day. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely decor and excellent bed. Could use a grab bar in the shower for us older folks and some details on how to use the cable system. Spectrum is complicated and most people have Direct TV. Personally we use ROCU
