    BATH – 2 full baths; one with a walk-in shower & a second bath with a tub & shower combo
    KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with a traditional coffeepot
    BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
    AMENITIES – SMART TV, WiFi, indoor gas fireplace, front porch with seating, outdoor covered deck with seating & dining area, outdoor wood burning firepit

    Please be aware that there is an additional charge of $44/person/night (before tax) for each person in the party after the first 5.

    Before it was sold to its current owner, the house was rented under the name of Sweet Tea.

    House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
    - Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
    - The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
    - Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
    - Place all trash in designated containers.

This is a charming property in a great location where you can walk to downtown. Looked great in the listing, better in person. We will definitely stay at this property again.

It was a perfect location for walking to Main Street. The house was so nice for our ladies getaway. The back deck was nice for coffee in the morning or wine in the afternoon or evening. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Everything about this house is just as described in the listing. Close to shops and restaurants, spotless clean and comfortable beds. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the back deck but it would be a nice place to visit and sip wine. Reserve this charming home for your next stay. You won’t regret it.

We came for the weekend with another couple and am so glad we found this place. It’s adorable and perfect for 2 couples! We were less than 5 minutes from any place we wanted to go. And the house is adorably decorated too! We will definitely stay here when we come back again.

Upscale furnishing and full stocked high end essentials from Pete’s coffee to local soaps and lotions. Perfectly located to walk to the center of Fredericksburg main center or just chill on the back patio

We loved this place! It is exactly how it looks in the photos. Very Clean! We really enjoyed hanging out on the back porch. We walked to the downtown Main street area, which is only a few blocks. If I am ever back in Fredericksburg, I would certainly stay here again.

The house was perfect for a quick girls trip. It was conveniently located, the beds were cozy, shower pressure was better than home. We would definitely stay again!

Quaint home that was perfect for our stay for 2 couples. Easy walk to Main Street shops and restaurants.We did have a maintenance issue that was resolved. It was easy to get in touch with property manager.

We had a great stay here!
