The kitchenette, though compact, is fully equipped for your convenience. It includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and a coffee pot. A charming breakfast table for two is perfectly positioned for casual, intimate meals.
The sitting area is tastefully appointed with comfortable chairs, thoughtfully arranged around a smart TV. It's a space designed for relaxation and connection, where you can unwind and enjoy quality time together.
This studio layout is a haven of comfort and style with a sumptuous king-sized bed that promises a restful night's sleep, and the room exudes an ambiance of elegance. The en suite bathroom is equally enticing, featuring a beautiful walk-in shower for invigorating refreshment. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). 5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.
8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
