Roomy Studio Basment Apartment - 5 Min to Downtown

Hello and thank you for taking the time to consider our home your home. Our names are Joshua and Chaka and we look forward to hosting you.

Once you park in the driveway, head on down the side stairs to enter the private entrance of the 720 square foot studio apartment. Don't let the word basement scare you. 9 foot ceilings with recessed lighting and two full size windows bring plenty of light and life to the space. Sit back, relax, and enjoy some tunes on the 50 inch Smart TV, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet in this peaceful neighborhood. When you're done kicking your feet up, get up and walk over to the kitchenette where you can whip yourself up a hot meal on the provided hot plate. Don't worry about bringing any pans, we got you covered. Once you're done enjoying your hot meal, take a step into the bathroom, fill up the tub with some hot water and soapy suds, and have a seat.

Now that you enjoyed some tunes, ate a good meal, and had a nice relaxing bath, what more is there to do but to get a peaceful night's rest on the queen size mattress with blackout shades to let you sleep in peace. When you awake, walk back over to kitchenette, make a cup of coffee or tea, and step on out to the deck where you will be greeted by the sounds of birds chirping in the trees. If you look up, you might even see a bird's nest. Whenever it's time to return home, save yourself the hassle of doing laundry at home and clean all your dirty clothes before you depart in the full size washer and dryer. Don't worry about bringing any laundry detergent, unless you are very particular that is; we provide all you need.

Now that I described the space, let me give you a couple of important details to know. We stay on the upper two floors which is completely separate from the basement so you can enjoy your privacy. As mentioned, you will have to go down a flight of stairs so if you're not good with stairs, then stray away. You may see us in the driveway but that's about it. If you want to talk it up, we can talk it up but if you want to be left alone, then we'll leave it at hello and keep it moving. Did I leave out any details? Oh yes, we are about 5 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, another 10 to 15 minutes from the hospital, 15 to 20 minutes from Central Park which features tons of stores and restaurants, and can't forget about the fact we are also only 10 to 15 minutes away from I-95 so you can easily get to wherever else you need to go. We look forward to hosting you in our home and pray that we are able to make you feel at home while you are away from your home.
