Definitely will be back as this home is tucked back in an area of town that is quiet. We had a small maintenance issue on a Monday night and their team was their within 10-15 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed the openess of the kitchen to the back patio. Thank you for the wonderful stay and hospitality.

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. The only thing I missed was ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Loved the patio! It was so pleasant to sit out in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy talking with friends about our day in Fredericksburg. Nice kitchen with a large island that has seating. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

The house is very cute on the inside. Great kitchen island with seating and additional table. Bathrooms are well equipped with all the necessities. Loved that they had makeup towels and Kleenex. Outside sitting area is comfy and clean. Excellent location for wineries and town. The only thing I would recommend is to have more comfortable living room furniture. The house is super clean. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This was a great renovation with modern amenities. Every room was thoughtful and warm. The back patio was very spacious, relaxing and the fire pit was a welcoming focus point during dinner and into the evening.A great time was had by all and would be glad to revisit in the future.The owners were timely in communicating check in and out details.

Place was great for a couples weekend. Well appointed and clean. We did not end up taking our pups but owners were great about making a plan had our housitters fallen through. Just of note the yard is not fenced if you take pups

Girls trip and birthday celebration

The property was amazing! The decor was stunning and cleanliness was impeccable. I have never stayed at a VRBO that was so well stocked. They thought of everything! The hidden room was so fun and the outside fireplace was so enjoyable. Shopping and amazing restaurants were one a quick 5 minute drive away. We would for sure stay again!
