Inside, a well-equipped full kitchen awaits, allowing for convenient meal preparation during your stay. The cottage comprises two bedrooms, each adorned with a comfortable king-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom, providing both privacy and comfort for all guests. Additionally, a queen sleeper sofa in the cozy living room offers extra sleeping arrangements.
The prime location along the Pedernales River offers a myriad of activities to indulge in. Launch a kayak or water float for an afternoon adventure along the tranquil river. The property's waterfront location is complemented by hammocks and swings, adding to the relaxation and bordered by neighboring ranches featuring picturesque horses, goats, sheep, donkeys, and llamas, enhancing the rustic charm of the setting.
Guests can explore the scenic riverside walking trails, meandering through landscapes shaped by local wildlife, offering an intimate connection with the natural beauty of the area.

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Maximum of two dogs allowed with a combined maximum weight of 50 lbs.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
