Hardwood floors lead you throughout this 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath beauty. Majolica will sleep up to 8 guests comfortably as there are king beds in each bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. The galley style kitchen features a large island, farmhouse sink, stove, refrigerator and coffee cabinet for all you coffee connoisseurs. The outside is just as stunning as the inside! A private heated pool, hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit, what more could you want for a relaxing weekend getaway!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:

Our girl's trip to Fredericksburg was fabulous! The house is absolutely beautiful with amazing king beds, various gathering areas, kitchen, and the outside area with TV sitting area, pool and fire pit! Great location to walk to Main Street & 20-minute drive to Enchanted Rock. Would absolutely try here again! One thing to note: Although we followed the instructions, we were never able to get the hot tub up to temp to enjoy.

We loved this beautifully restored home. Great kitchen was perfect. We relaxed in the backyard, such an awesome lot. The location was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Awesome couples get-away. We will be back.

The stay was wonderful! We had a slight toilet paper issue and it was solved immediately. I do wish there were more mirrors in the bedrooms since we were a group of girls going out. But we would definitely stay there again!

Cutest House!
My husband & I came to Fredericksburg to relax & check out the wineries & shopping. We had the best time staying in Majolica House. It is just right two to three couples with king beds & 2.5 baths. The backyard was a pleasant relaxing area with a hot tub & pool, fire pit, as well as a sitting area with fan. Planning on staying here again & again! Loved it!!!

We warmed up to it
The home is decorated beautifully and has a spacious layout. The house is very well maintained and fully equipped for your stay. When we arrived it was a cold 41 degrees outside, but only 59 degrees inside and the house smelled musty. Not quite the warm welcome we looked forward to after the 5 hour drive. We turned up the heat and went out to get some dinner in a warm restaurant. When we returned, the home was toasty. The floors are loud, I’m assuming on a pier and beam foundation. The pillows on the master bed were kind of like trying to sleep on a long balloon. Like there was trapped air? Never experienced that before! My husband was first to shower in the morning. When I got in there was a long hair on the shower wall that had been shaped like a heart. I asked him if he did that (since it happened to be Valentine’s Day) and he said no. As he answered I thought to myself where would he have gotten the hair, as he wears his very short. The curtains in the living and dining rooms didn’t work well, with those in the living room not fully closing. The description of a “private pool” may be deceiving to some. We have a 7’ privacy fence at our home, so an open fence just a few feet tall didn’t feel very private. True, it is on the property and not shared, but it lacks privacy. Overall, these things were minor, yet noticeable. We enjoyed our stay.

House in Fred that has everything!
The pics don’t do this house justice. The added bonus of hotel style amenities such as coffee pods, in the shower shampoos, conditioner, and body gels, the stylish touches throughout the home. Etc etc etc! Highly recommend!

This was our second time to stay in this location. It is close enough to town to walk. We ate most meals at the house because the kitchen is phenomenal. Most of us wanted to stay in the pool!!! We also enjoyed the outdoor TV!!!

Amazing House
This house was exactly as listed. It was charming. You can tell they take good care of this house. It’s about 3 blocks from Main St. The pool was heated when we arrived, which was a nice welcome for the kids to jump in and enjoy the weather. We will definitely come back!
