The Space:
Porch Light Hospitality presents No. 1, a cozy, modern private suite in a fully renovated 1900’s home in Fredericksburg, Tx. This inviting space is just one block from the historic Main Street, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Hill Country has to offer.

As one of six unique and private guest suites, No. 1 provides a tranquil getaway on a local street with a prime location. Stroll to grab your morning coffee, spend the day shopping on Main St, and then unwind in your private courtyard hot tub.

We spent a great weekend in Fredericksburg and we were very happy with the property. It is on a quiet street, it has a private entrance and it was very clean. The hot tub in the evening after wine tours was a blast! I greatly recommend this property and I would gladly rent it again if visit Fredericksburg again.

Unit 1 did not disappoint and was fantastic, just as wonderful as the description. The rooms are spacious. Detail to cleanliness and comfort stand out here. The bed and linens...in a word - luxurious. Property management was very responsive and helpful to our inquiries. The back patio area and hot tub are perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a fun day of shopping. This unit or any other from this management company will be our go-to whenever we return to Fredericksburg.

What a great stay! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Inside and outdoor areas were spotless! Walking distance to all Fredericksburg has to offer yet far enough to be peaceful and relaxing. Morning coffee (local coffee provided by the host is delicious) on the porch swing and an evening glass of local wine in the hot tub. I could not have asked for more.

Wonderful property walking distance from downtown. Huge bathroom, big shower with good water pressure. Bed was very comfortable. The only minor issue was the floor was very uneven but it is an older renovated home. Would definitely stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay! We have kids and don’t get a lot of time to relax just us two and read a book! And this place allowed us to do that so comfortably!! We loved Fredericksburg but we also loved just staying in and relaxing!

Precious house and amenities!

This house was so perfect for my husband and I to have a quick getaway. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous, and the hot tub was a major cherry on top. So close to down town. Quiet even with other guests nearby. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others.

Great anniversary stay

My husband and I wanted an overnight getaway for our 54th anniversary. We found your property was just right. I was a little concerned about the possibility of road noise since we were in Unit 1 and I’m a light sleeper. I slept like a baby! The bed was so comfortable and I didn’t hear any traffic. The unit was nice and clean and well equipped. Thanks for a great place to stay. We’ll be back.

Can't wait to reserve this property again

Upon arrival, we knew we must book this place again and attempt to reserve the others units with friends next trip. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to everything on Main Street. A convenient location and the unit is cozy, updated, and spacious. We loved the hot tub and the bed provided a good night's rest as well. We absolutely loved it!! Can't wait to return.PS: the porch swing was an added bonus.
