The Space:

Site 324 is a spacious back-in RV pad located just steps from Firefly Luxury RV Resort's sparkling swimming pool — one of the best-positioned sites in the community. The site features a durable concrete pad and full hookups (50/30/20 amp power, water, and sewer) for a seamless, comfortable stay.



Please note: this is an RV site only, and guests must bring their own RV. All RVs must meet Firefly Resort's eligibility requirements (2015 model year or newer, commercially manufactured, and in clean, well-maintained condition); pop-up, truck, slide-in, tent, and hybrid campers are not permitted. Guests will be asked to provide their RV's year, make/model, and photos prior to arrival for approval.

Firefly Resort RV Requirements & Booking Policies

To maintain the quality and experience of Firefly Resort, all RVs must meet the following standards. These requirements are strictly enforced prior to and upon arrival.

RV Eligibility Requirements

All RVs must meet ALL of the following:

*Must be 2015 model year or newer

*Must be a commercially manufactured RV

*Must be in clean, well-maintained, and presentable condition

*Reservations that do not meet these requirements will not be approved.



Prohibited RV Types

The following RV types are not permitted under any circumstances:

*Pop-up campers

*Truck campers or slide-in campers

*Tent campers or hybrid campers

-If your RV falls into one of these categories, please do not book, as your reservation will be declined or canceled.



Verification Requirement

To ensure compliance:

Guests are be required to provide:

*RV year

*RV make/model

*Photos of the RV prior to arrival

Reservations are subject to review and approval

Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation.



Exceptions:

Exceptions to the RV age requirement are rare and:

*Must be requested prior to booking

*Require photo submission

*Must receive written approval

Unapproved exceptions will not be honored upon arrival.



Check-In Policy:

Any RV that does not meet these standards upon arrival:

*May be denied entry

*Will not be allowed to check in

*May result in cancellation without refund

*If non compliant the gate guard reserves the right to refuse entry and no refund will be provided.
