The Space:

Romantic very secluded home with private hot tub area. Less than 10 min from the heart of the 'Burg!

- We provide 1 complimentary fire log for the inside fireplace per night booked for your stay.

- Fire pit, firewood provided

- Outdoor Shower is currently available.

- Chiminea shown in photos has been replaced with a wood burning fire pit (photo of Chiminea was removed to avoid confusion)

- Bench in the front has been replaced with 2 outdoor chairs

- Bathtub window is now frosted for extra privacy



Guest Access:

Guest have full access to falling star seclusive ranch and Hot tub and Patio area wit outdoor shower. Outdoor Shower is currently not available and no longer being advertised. Thank you!



Getting Around:

This house is outside Fredericksburg but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

This property is not suitable for children/infants. Adults only.



This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and we only allow 1 pet max and 35 lb weight limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Yard NOT fully fenced.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.



- Outdoor Shower is currently available.



- Please DO NOT feed any stray cats or animals when at the rental. We are trying our best to keep any stray animals away from the rental as much as possible.
