The Space:
Rockview Cabins features four accommodations with a total of six beds. Cabins 1 and 2 each come with a king bed, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private porch. Cabins 4 and 5 each offer two queen beds, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a private porch. Cabin 4 specifically has wheelchair accessible accommodations. For those who love the outdoors, gather around the fire pit is perfect for al fresco dining and cozy evenings beneath the stars. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and staying compliant with short-term rental regulations. As part of our protection plan, included in your booking price, you will be required to complete an independent third-party verification through Truvi. Before your booking begins, you will be contacted via email and/or text to confirm your details and complete the verification process.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll also be asked to review and sign the house rules and FCM Homes terms & conditions via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Please make sure to complete both steps at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Thank you!
House Rules:

- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation.
- No smoking on the premises inside or outside.
- Pets are not allowed (Cabins 2 and 4 can accommodate 1 pet each with a $100 fee. No fencing on property. Pet must be leashed at all times. Please no pets in cabin 1 or 5.)
- Parties are not allowed
- Guests are not allowed to wander around the ranch and must stay within the yard boundaries of their dwelling as there are hunters, other properties, snakes, and rough terrain.
- There is a fire pit and BBQ grill on site for guest use. We kindly ask bring your own supplies, extinguish any flames/coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited.
- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
- In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
- This is a dark sky community. Please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. A Dark Sky Community is a designated area that takes measures to reduce light pollution, preserving the natural night sky for the benefit of both people and wildlife.
HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
This property is on well water and with the extreme heat and current drought, the water pressure is low. Please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. It is best to shower one at a time as the water may not be able to sustain multiple locations all at once.

As you may know, Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. Please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
