Please Note:

• Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $100 per day. (There is no fee to heat the hot tub).

• We have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

• If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

• The fireplace inside this property is for decorative and ambiance purposes only. For your safety, please refrain from lighting any fires. Though, we do have a fire pit outside that you are more than welcome to use.
