$75 per pet per STAY
HOUSE RULES

* Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM.
* Early check-in or late checkout requires advance approval and is charged at $25 per additional hour.
* Pets are $75 per pet. All pet fees must be paid before check-in.
* Qualifying service animals are not pets and will not be charged a pet fee. Guests remain responsible for actual damage caused by an animal to the same extent they are responsible for other property damage.
* Turn off the string lights whenever no one is outside on the deck. This helps prevent light pollution and supports compliance with the Fredericksburg Dark Sky Ordinance.
* Keep the hot-tub cover securely in place whenever the hot tub is not being used.
* Close the gas-tank valve to the fire pit whenever the fire pit is not being used.
* No shoes may be worn inside the property.
* Fireworks and sparklers are prohibited.
* Pick up all trash from the deck, including anything that may have blown off the deck.
