750 Steps from Main St. Remodeled Modern Farmhouse w/Hot Tub

Orange Treat is a fully-remodeled spacious modern farmhouse. She has tons of natural light with an open kitchen-dining area great for conversation and good eats. The living area is comfortable and large. Each of the bedrooms is quiet and cozy. Outdoor seating is located on the back patio in close proximity to the hot tub.
You will have access to a BBQ (propane) for your outdoor cooking and dining pleasure. A fire pit is available for those cool evenings.
There's easy access to walking trails as well as a city-built footbridge that leads directly to Main Street. 750 steps and you'll be at Hondo's and Crossroads Steak House.

This was the perfect place to stay! The place had TONS of space and plenty of closets and bathrooms to accommodate 8 women. It is also conveniently located near Main street and a beautiful view of the deer in the park outside the front yard.Hot tub was also a great feature.I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

We had an adult getaway to Fredericksburg and the location of this home was perfect to make it to the main street area. All the shops, restaurants, etc.! The house was stocked well, clean, cozy, and decorated nicely! We would definitely recommend this spot to friends/family if they were coming to the area!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here! The house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, spices, etc. We had an issue with the fridge not working and Karen was very responsive and sent someone out to fix it within a few hours. Easy 8 min walk to Main Street too!

Adorable house in a great location

Our group had a lovely stay steps away from downtown and right across the street from a local park. Clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms with great common areas. Would definitely recommend.

The property was very prompt and responsive. I appreciated her letting us check in a little earlier because we had a reservation that was conflicting to the check in time. Extremely accommodating. The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. We reallly enjoyed pur stay!

Sibling trip to TX wine country

The house set up was perfect for our group of three couples! We appreciated the kitchen area for preparing breakfast each morning and the living room area for hanging out playing games at night. It was very convenient for walking to Main Street and to the Catholic Church for services on Sunday.

Such a cute House

House was great! Location was great! Only complaint is the listing of the property said it included a hot tub. It was a slight factor in our choice and the hot tub was actually broken. Besides that, it was a great stay!

Great Stay in Fredericksburg

Four ladies on a girl's trip for the weekend. We had a great time. The location was fantastic as we could walk to Main Street. House was clean and exactly as described. Were a little disappointed the hot tub wasn't working, but that was only a minor issue and still was a five star trip!

Fun stay at great house in perfect location!

First time in Fredericksburg, was a perfect house to stay in with the family. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, modern updates. Easy communication w/ Karen and very easy check-in process. Close to everything, especially downtown Main Street. All wineries were an easy drive. Despite the 20 degree temps and light snow, we had a fantastic time. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Fredericksburg Family Get Together

My wife and I had a wonderful time with our two daughters, son-in-law and two grandchildren. The home is within walking distance of all the best Fredericksburg attractions. A great time was had by all.

Great Stay for our Annual Fredericksburg Trip

We really enjoyed our stay for with our family and friends. We have stayed here before and were happy to return. The house is setup perfectly for our group size and we love the close proximity to Main Street and the secluded nature of the streets.
